Gourmet Latte

I come here often and usually have a fine experience, but they handed my boyfriend his drink and it spilled all over him so they offered to make a new one which we were thankful for. Instead of making a 20 oz triple breve with no flavor like he ordered they made a 16 oz white chocolate breve (I ordered a 20 oz of that). This was a problem because he has type 1 diabetes so we had to have the drink remade AGAIN for him and she was not happy. He handed her my drink back on accident and when we asked for it back she refused to give it back to us even though my drink was fine, and said “I’m just gonna make them both new because that one is tossed”. All shakey and mad. Then when she handed us the drink she slammed the window on us and went to the next customer. I understand that we took a long time and maybe she was confused but it really was not our fault and we even explained that he has diabetes so he cannot have sugar and that’s the only issue. She was very rude and made me not want to come back to this location

Morning weekday Barista one of the best ever known. Excellent bean, syrups top quality and she is easy on the eyes. Great people excellent cup 6 star

Ordered an iced chai that they had promoted as creamy in the menu and it clearly said it came with oat milk cold foam on top. When she handed me my drink with no cold foam or whip on my other iced coffee, I asked about the cold foam and she said ohhh I thought it said oat milk in the drink. She seemed agitated I said something about it and asked “do you want me to do it” with a bothered attitude. I said no thanks, clearly it was an inconvenience to do so. The only reason I ordered the drink was for the cold foam!!! So disappointed ☹️

I've ordered drinks from here few times and they were all delicious. The line can be long and the girls always seem to be stressed out. I get it ... This place seems to be too busy whenever I stop by.

Please don't ask me what type of milk I prefer but go ahead and pour half a glass of the milk in your hand instead. They're clearly trained to use cheaper products when crafting beverages despite customer preference.

I really love this coffee stand! The women have always been super friendly and speedy. For the most part the coffee is fantastic. The have a huge variety of flavors and I feel like anybody could find something for themselves. The only thing I'd have to pick at is that the quality of your drink REALLY depends on who ends up making it. It's a little russian roulette-y.

This is my favorite coffee stand! I love gourmet latte! No matter which stand I DO go to they're always friendly and super sweet. Anytime idk what I want they make me something delicious. I've been going here for 7 years and I've never had a bad coffee from them EVER!

Best place to go for my morning coffee. They are fast and the coffee is really good and really consistent. They also have really good food options. They sell these chicken and cheese burritos that are friggin delicious!! Any time my work for the day brings me near a Gourmet Latte, I'm stopping in.

When they're good they're are so good, but the drinks are so inconsistent I have stopped frequenting GL, because I was sick of paying $6-$7 for a drink I don't like. I most often was going to the Mukikteo location near my house and the morning weekday gal (I believe she is a manager) makes great coffee but everyone else seemed to be hit or miss. A lot of the girls are not very friendly either.
I think sometimes when a business grows the quality shrinks because there's not enough attention to each location.
