Great service. Everyone so friendly. If it took a little bit, they would just pretty much give you a full stamped card for a free drink and be very apologetic. It's not their fault there is 15 cars in line and a machine goes down. They are doing great

It's healthier than most coffee places. It's not as sweet as big foot Java, so it's a less sweet place to get used to. But it is healthier. I like their double chocolate mocha, iced. My husband likes the grasshopper (which is a mocha with peppermint) and their black and white mocha.

Love Dutch … normally great service but not today… standing outside the window “which was wide open and watching four employees rather talk then acknowledge me or take my order when they new I was there .. also they were not even busy .. had to just leave ..

Drive thru is SO SLOW. Expect to wait 20 minutes at least.

Since my first time trying this location, customer service has been great. Drinks are always made to order and their drive thru is really efficient. I do agree that they some how need to do better with showcasing their menu. I normally have to look it up online, which is not always ideal.

Placed our usual order today at the lakewood location. We ordered an Electric Blue Lemonade. We were handed this nasty green colored drink. My husband told them it was not the right beverage as we have ordered it many times before and knew what it looked like. The person at the window then handed us another of the same green drink that we did not order. The employee swore it was the right drink and refused to fix it. So we paid for a drink that we ended up throwing out because it was disgusting. We don't have a receipt because they are not giving them out during the pandemic. It was overall a bad experience. We are out money even if it's just a few dollars.

They have good coffee but mask it with a lot of sugar, and I dont know why. I wish they would go into more detail when answering questions. I can read the description of the drinks but I didnt know what Irish cream was, and wish that they had explained better when I asked about it.

Visiting from Texas my sister and I had a great time chatting, they handled puppies well and Great coffee

Dutch Bros is new to this area. I'm from Oregon, DB is everywhere! Staff is still in training, learning the drinks. I give them credit though. So happy DB is up here in Pierce county Washington now, Lakewood is the newest location! Keep it up DB! Best coffee/drink stop around! I'm a Dutch Mama!!!

The girls working tonight were so friendly even though they were busy. They took the time to make my dog his first pup-a-chino! You've made a repeat customer for sure, keep doing what you're doing!
