Dutch Bros Coffee

Love their coffee. Has Starbucks beat, no question. Flavor is great and they have a good selection of drinks. If you can find one in your area, stop in.

We have been to several locations in our area of Washington and every time we have had very friendly service and exactly the same taste as no matter where we were. Love ❤️ Dutch Brothers

This is my edit, Well I took a star off, because they changed how they do things.
1- when the soft top came out, they did away with the dome lids. So if you ask for whip your only getting a tiny bit.
2-You can’t taste the coffee flavor much anymore.
3-Service is still outstanding ❤️
4-But the product (Blended Chocolate Mocha) I’m finding lacking, not the server’s fault, it’s the pre-made stuff like Starbucks.
I don’t like Starbucks.
5-Also because it’s the pre-made stuff, when you get towards the bottom it’s icy and flavorless. Please fix this 🙏
So I’ve gone elsewhere for now. Although I do still like the Grasshopper but don’t taste any coffee either. I just like chocolate and mint together.

I’m not sure how many Stars to leave. I love Dutch Bros glad to see you here but it took fire on Thanksgiving Day to get our drinks. Yes there was a long line everyone was taken care of at the car and the big group inside ? Because the drinks weren’t ready when any of the cars got to the window? I’m not sure about the one in front of us but you may want to talk with your crew because they bought 2 drinks and got 10 stamps and their drinks were made to order at the window so I don’t think they were tracked through the device so. I paid for all 6 of mine and they got both of theirs free and a free next one!! I don’t like employees who steel if that’s what’s going on!!! Shady stuff. But my drinks were awesome. Always excellent drinks and friendly staff. Huge menu to choose from, don't feel limited by what's on the marquee, look up the 'secret menu' online or fly by the seat of your pants and make something up. I've asked them to recreate drinks I've had elsewhere and there always willing to give it a go, usually with wonderful success.

I've been here 3 times now, and I'm hoping it gets better. Maybe it's a training issue, but if you don't know the menu or have your drink ready at the window the girls that run up to your car are no help in recommendations. The other location I go too always set me up with something fun that tastes great.
Today when I came here, I had the drink I wanted to try picked out. What they made me was nowhere close. Im not sure what they did make me but it wasn't good! If the line wasn't ridiculous I would have had it remade.

The staff is absolutely awesome💕 The best cocoa I had ever gotten, and reasonably priced!

I love dutch brothers, I have been a really big support since leaving Colorado years ago and coming here and was so happy when they open a cafe so close to home and college. However after today I have mix feelings especially since being a barista myself. It is Halloween and my family and I went this morning around 10:30 to grab something sweet today. the line was long but that is very understandable being that it’s COVID time. However this is where my issue ran it corse... a young lady came out to take orders because they line was long and she was kind of dry and condescending while taking our order. But I will say everything turned around once we got to the window the lady’s at Windows where really sweet and nice and made up for the others rude behavior.

My favorite place to get coffee! Line gets pretty long but it's worth the wait amazing little kid coco cups as well (: this is definitely my go to place!

If you can go a tad bit out of your way, I highly suggest visiting the Steilacoom location instead or the Gravelly Lake location!! Actually is you go out of the way to Steilacoom you'll still get your drink quicker than you would waiting in this locations line. It makes no sense how this location just cannot get their act together and it takes 2-3x longer to get thru this line than any other equally busy Dutch location.
