Dutch Bros Coffee

First of all-I LOVE DUTCH BROS-just NOT this one. It is unfortunately the closest to my home. This store has consistently poor customer service. At least 3 times my drink has not been hot enough-barely lukewarm-because the staff are more interested in pushing people through the line than in making sure that drinks are made properly and up to temp. Then they make you wait until they are ready to remake it instead of fixing it immediately. I've called the corporate office every time and have been told that they are supposed to prioritize remaking a mistake for a customer NOT make them wait. I work in food service as a GM and our policy is that if a customer tells us something is wrong then we put them at the head of the line to fix it-as it should be. A customer who has already waited and then received an INCORRECT order should always come first.

…if I have to have coffee from a larger chain coffee house, Dutch is much better than StarSucks!

My whole family are big time Dutch Bros fans and have been for over 10 years. Since we currently live in an area without a Dutch Bros, it is now a big treat when we travel. This location however was a major disappointment! The staff weren't high energy, friendly ask us about our day (like their standard policy). The person making the drinks, read back the order correctly, which included one drink with whip and sprinkles. Then she made that drink added extra ice that over filled the cup and had to smash a lid on, then remembered the whip and instead of removing some ice to make room she took off the lid put a dab of whip in the middle and crammed the lid back on. When she tried to hand me the drink I reminded her about the spinkles so she again removed the lid and put small amount on and crammed the lid back on. All the drinks were below the normal standard we've come to expect from Dutch Bros. This really should be a 1 star review but our love for Dutch Bros and years of good experiences makes it hard to give that low of a rating.

Don't get me wrong Dutch Bros is my go to coffee stop, employees are typically upbeat and coffee is always fantastic. My problem is that if employees can't figure out how to take orders from two merging lines, they shouldn't have two. I'm constantly getting drinks after cars that pull in after me cause employees aren't paying attention to who's there first no matter if you're in the shortest line or not.

At first this Dutch Bros and I started on a rough start. With the current staff here, it has gotten better and feels more like a Dutch Bros now. This has been our late night coffee run since all the other coffee shops close earlier now.

Their coffee caramel blended drink is pretty good. My son prefers the vanilla blended drink. The Lakewood location though tends to be pretty crowded and I seldom go simply based upon me not wanting to wait through a long packed line. Beyond that, the quality of the drinks aren't bad and the price isn't sky high either. So they earned their 5 stars and I suppose the constant line they have is testimony to their quality.

The Broistas here always brings the best vibes and amazing energy. Ive been a frequent customer here for a couple years now and they always make my morning such a pleasure. Definitely the definition of what makes Dutch Bros unique and worth your money. You guys are AMAZING.

What can I say that others haven't? This place is awesome. Not just the location, but the company overall. The staff is handpicked to be the most friendly, helpful, and bubbly of individuals. We like to just order 'surprise me' drinks and they have yet to give us a bad drink. Plus their perks app is pretty sweet. They have a well deserved cult following of loyal customers.
