The staff at the GLD location are always so friendly and are pretty good about remembering your name. Although it was kind of busy, the line moved fairly quickly. No change, love the staff, great attitudes and very friendly.

This location sucks. They're super slow, and there is this one girl that makes terrible coffee. I always have to have her remake it, she makes it with no love. I recommend going to the other location in Lakewood on Steilacoom blvd.

My wife absolutely loves this place. The coffee is always perfect. Great team at this place and always fast with order.

I am originally from Oregon. Dutch bros was the first coffee in my life and will always be my one true love. The staff here are so friendly and kind. Masks are optional, contact less paying and tipping!! I love the app, so many fun stickers. The app also encourages trying new/other flavors outside your normal order. I love it. This location can get a bit busy when there is a special deal going on, be sure to zipper properly in the line and wait patiently.

Finally! This is the 9th coffee shop I've been to since moving to Tacoma. This is the first coffee shop I've been to since moving to Tacoma, other than Starbucks, that has coffee that doesn't taste like straight acid. Starbucks coffee is way too weak for me though. I advise getting Dutch Bros double torture, I got it iced and the double torture is phenomenal.

PSA - don't forget a reusable washable straw, plastic straws aren't recyclable!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I used to come here like 3x a day! I know damn near all the girls by name and they are all amazing and just always offer a pleasant experience! They're always happy, patient and friendly and go above especially when someone is indecisive lol! They're all awesome literally the absolute best Love y'all!!!

We’re almost daily visitors. They keep our little family childcare GOING!!! I love that they take the time to make my drink (I like it a little unique) and they pretty much have it ready by the time we get to the window.
