This is the only place I go to buy coffee,the people are extremely nice they give free lollypops to kids and dog treats to dogs

Most of the time my coffee is great and done how I ask. Unfortunately 5 stars can't be given due to a certain employee that has literally argued with me about how I wanted my coffee made. When I called they were friendly and said that they will try to rectify the situation but I have only been back once and the manager was still on vacation.

Without a doubt, the most genuine customer service I've ever received! Bean for bean the best tasting coffee in all of Lacey, Tumwater, and Olympia. There is not another coffee shop that is faster either. Every single time I drive up, everyone is positive and friendly, keep up the amazing service! Mr trivia 🤓

Stir Krazy made me the best hazelnut frappe it was excellent. Customer service is excellent also. Keep up the good work.

Their redbull infused drinks have so much flavor it makes my mind shutoff. 10/10 would recommend.

We came to get our coffee from here this morning, which we do often, and we were surprised to be charged extra for a “premium flavor” which wasn’t listed anywhere on the menu? How did we know which flavors were considered premium? (We ordered white chocolate and caramel) And then we both got americanos and we were also charged extra for cream? Wasn’t aware that cream was an extra cost in an americano. Needless to say, our americanos were more expensive than their mochas. Very disappointed in the misleading menu and customer service by the barista. Such a bummer because we regular this stand and will most definitely drive further for better service and an honest menu.

Love stir krazy! If me and my boyfriend don’t get to have our morning coffee date at Starbucks before work together (I know cliche) you will find me here. Staff always knows my drink order, and when I want to spice things up to try something new, they always have great recommendations. Love the service, and the excellent coffee, ladies! Keep it comin. ❤️

Not very pleasant customer service. My drinks were rushed even though they weren’t busy. Mocha doesn’t have chocolate in it and tasted like an old water down espresso shot. Will not be coming back.

Best coffee this side of the Mississippi. Staff is very nice. I don't recall them ever being moody and we've been going there for over 2 years. And they are very, very consistent with what they make and how they make it.

One of the best places to get a Latte in Thurston county. Probably the best for a drive through in the area. Not only are the Lattes good, the staff is friendly, the service is usually fast and the prices are better than most other coffee shops nearby.
