Bruh. Want the most delicious gluten free bread you've ever had in your life?
Want to stuff it with a variety of meats, sweets, and other edible things?
Go. Now. They're waiting for you.
You will not regret. Stupid delicious.
Watch out tho-
These are gluten free, but their heavenly taste comes from the essence of cheese itself, baked to perfection and warmed up again. I can't have gluten or dairy, but these I ate anyway.
No ragrets.

Great place and I love that it's a local chain. The cheese rolls (I believe) are gluten free which is great as I've got a Gluten Free member of my family. Coffee is good too. Only rating 4 star vs 5 because the Acai bowls are good (but not amazing for the price when compared to other options in the area) and the wait at the Totem Lake location can be longer that you'd like (sometimes it's not a 5 minute stop- can take longer). Overall though I continue to go back and encourage everyone to support this Seattle-area owned (small) chain.

Excellent coffee and food. However the line is always long. Why not two point of sales? Also why put the line blocking the food shelves? Also why hide the coffee dispenser behind the tables? This is not ergonomic. For these reasons im discouraged from going.. but i still go.

You gotta try the typical Brazilian savory snacks, which are often served in parties and in bars.

I love the food here. The coffee is done well and prepared to order, the açaí bowls are delicious. But the service is inconsistent and can even be disappointing. Multiple times when I have ordered through the app and it has said my food is ready I have arrived and it was not been ready. Sometimes the staff have been kind though busy, and other times they have been dismissive. On one occasion I waited the 30 minutes scheduled for my order to be prepared only to have to wait additional 20 minutes for my order, which was then handed to another customer who walked out of the store with it, a staff member went out, got it back and then gave it to me. That is food handling red flag. You can’t give a customer something you have already handed off to someone else. I have a two month old baby so being able to grab my food and go is important. It is a treat to order from here, but despite how delicious the Brazilian latte is or the açaí bowl, the inconsistency of the ordering takes away from the experience.

Love the food but the actual quantity of the açaí bowls seems to vary…particularly in the last few months the bowls have become smaller and my order rarely is correct…
Still like it, but I wish the quality was more consistent.
Very friendly employees at least.

Absolutely delicious! I decided to finally give this place a try, after year of driving by and hearing good things. Well, those good things were more than true! I had a triple shot hot Brazilian latté and an energy acai bowl. I am very impressed! The latté was smooth and a little creamy, with a hint of sweetness. I'd never had an acai bowl in my life, so I have nothing to compare it to - but the fruit was so fresh, the granola so crunchy and I love the flavor of the acai! It felt like a souped up / healthier fruit parfait, which I can get down for any day of the week. I'm glad I finally tried Kitanda! I will definitely be coming back!

Excelent customer service. The staff very friendly, polite and patient. The coffe is a new experience. You need to come back and get more data. The bun with cheese inside are fresh and delicious. There is a big one with Nutella. I am Nutella lover... I am coming back for more. At this time no pictures I was walking my three dogs. But next time I will add more pictures.

Good shopping place for business. Got my awesome hair cut in "Chavitos Barber and Beauty". Marysol is a friendly homie environment. Has an area for kids to play. She also speaks Spanish so highly recommend her.

The best (perhaps only) Brazilian Latte to die for.
