We had our LGBT coffee days set up here and the staff and clientele were great all the way around. Awesome people come to this joint!!

Old pre-pulled shots were used for an iced drink which ensured a flavorless tasting experience. I guess this is industry practice to save time/money but Iā€™d expect more from a place asking $6+ a cup.

Stopped in this morning for the first time. The convenience of being right across the street from my office was appealing. I walked in & was not greeted or even acknowledged. I stood there for a few minutes and not even as much as eye contact being made by the two staff members working. They were in conversation with two customers sitting at the counter and one standing waiting for their drink. I was the only person in line. I literally felt so unwelcome that I left.

Not a big menu but the coffee was pretty good. It was kinda slow to get my drink after the order but not too bad. I would definitely go again

The avocado toast is immaculate!! I went to California and tried the avocado toast everywhere because the niche breakfast in California is avocado toast its on everyones menu. So I figured they would have this thing down... Nope!! The Local avocado toast is 10x better than anywhere I went. Blows cali out of the water!

Great cozy space to hang. Great coffee mix drinks. Miss their strawberry matcha.

The best coffee house in town. Love these guys! They bring a unique Portland-esque vibe to the Tri-Cities, and for an added kick, they offer incredible craft beers and ciders, some of which are locally sourced. My favorite place to work on a laptop and either catch a buzz on coffee or relax after a long day at work with a cold beer.

My star rating is for my personal experience, not the quality of my beverages. I went in for a cold brew after experiencing and excellent one at an event. My cold brew was delicious; however, I waited over 10 minutes before going to the counter to ask for my drink. Today I went in for an Americano. Service was much speedier, but when I asked if I could get a little extra cream in my Americano with cream I was informed that they were out of cream. Out of cream?! A coffee house? When I asked if the could put a splash of heavy cream instead they told me they didn't have any of that either. I left sadly with my creamless Americano. I'm on the fence if I want to go back again. :(

The Local Coffee House is a lovely place. Even though, it is typically busy, the staff is very hardworking. They are very friendly too. I strongly recommend the Local Coffee House.

One thing I wish is that they could add more food options.

If you want to feel like a cool hipster, a modern professional, a citizen doing good for the community by supporting a local business, or an Instagram influencer.. this place has it all y'all!!! The best "coffee-shop" music, excellent tasting coffee, wonderful friendly staff (who have great hair advice šŸ˜‰), fun games, free WiFi, and overall just a great place to be in. My favorite order that I constantly crave is a Chai Latte with Oatmilk and honey. TRY ITTTTTT! You'll feel really cool and suddenly feel inspired to start writing a book like JK Rowling. Thank you for your service! šŸ™ŒšŸ™Œ
