Changing my review to a two star after the rude service we got in drive thru today. The girl who served us had a bad attitude and my coffee tasted like milk with no coffee flavor. Probably won't back after today.

They have the best Golden Milk/Turmeric Lattes around! Love the drinks at this place! I always get great service and love my drink from the local! The matcha lattes are fabulous as well!

One of the best places for coffee in the entire area. I typically choose a pour-over brew using a Chemex, but there are multiple beans, roasts, and brewing methods available. They also offer traditional Italian espresso options, which is a rarity practically everywhere. Their food is made entirely in-house, and very tasty. An expanded food menu is available during the weekend.

My favorite coffee shop in TriCities!

this place is the unsung hero of tricities. Excellent service, wonderful ambiance, cheery people. If there was a single thing to say about the folks here, it would be like they welcome you with open arms into their own home, serve a hot cup of coffee, and ask you about your day.
kindness of this sort is unexpected, and simply refreshing. I travel from Spokane regularly to taste this coffee and converse with the local crowd, owners and employees. 5 stars.

I have been a fan of the Local for a long time. It is a beautiful space and the employees are really interesting and kind. They work hard and typically care. It is a good place to work and meet people. When they get it right, they really get it right. I have had some of my favorite coffee right here, both drip and lattes. They really do Victrola's incredible coffee justice.
Mostof the time the coffee is typically amazing, like seriously the best coffee in the Tri-cities, though it can be disappointing as the quality varies greatly from employee to employee.
The wait time can be long and sometimes drinks get forgotten. The drive through does not seem to be a priority. I have to drink decaf nowadays, and more than half the time they are out. Because it can get slammed, oftentimes one can stand at the register for minutes without even being acknowledged. The bathrooms struggle. On more than one occasion they have been out of toilet paper or there is soap and scum coated all over the sink.
There is a lot of room for improvement, but I would still choose the Local over any other coffee shop in the Tri-cities.

This is undoubtedly the best coffee shop in the Tri-Cities. They serve great stuff from Seattle’s Victrola coffee roasters, and their expansion into more food selections have been phenomenal.
If you want craft coffee done well, this is the best place to go in the area. Chat with the baristas to hear all about their coffees, get book recommendations, or hear about the local music scene.

Higher end coffee house - definitely for the coffee expert. Very friendly, no reason to be intimidated. They will walk you through your order! I highly recommend the scosso coffee! Inside decor is beautiful and relaxing. Drive thru is also available!

Best coffee in Tri Cities!

Waited 20 minutes for a 7.00 burrito to be icey cold in the middle. Wish I could get my 1.00 tip back. Worst cafe i’ve been to in Tri-cities.

They make the drinks good and their food is really tasty. 👌 Vibe is nice when dining in. Hasn't changed much from when the name changed.
