Good fast coffee. Friendly service. No complaints.

Well, their plain Americano tastes pretty bad, but when their coffee is mixed with anything else it's tasty.

Their hot and cold mochas are better than several of the other coffee places in town.

My absolute FAVORITE coffee shop in the area. After just a few visits, the barista's took the time to learn my name and memorize my drink (which is always made perfect). They always provide quick service and quality drinks while still making a connection with the customer, which I find impressive as it is always busy when I stop in.

Went to purchase drinks for me and my coworkers only to meet a judgey hispanic girl who gave me glare because she had a more important conversation going on, she then proceeded to mess up all our drinks. I’ve Only been to roasters 4 times, and this is the second time they’ve messed up our orders. Save yourself the trouble and go to dutch, they try to get into your car, but they make your drinks right.

I came to this place because their open sign was lit (7 p.m.) pulled up to the window. Nobody, I waited for a little bit nobody I assume your closed. If you guys are closed you should turn off the sign.

Coffee was good. Fast and friendly service.

These guys are great! Great staff- partial to the Hildebrand crew, great coffee, and a local business! Happy to have multiple locations nearby. One never knows when coffee will be required...

People here are always so nice. My favorite roasters from all tri cities. I usually go with my girls. Always happy with the drinks and that extra smile and happy faces. Makes the trip enjoyable.

They have THE BEST coffee in town. They also have the friendliest staff, and not that annoying "fake-friendly" crap like you get at Dutch Bros. Roasters does their own bean-roasting (hence the name) and they just make one heck of a good product. We go there almost every day. Careful...you'll get addicted!

It was really good till they got these new people who will not take your order if it's more than 5 drinks the guy was ok but the girl really rude was talking to the guy like if we didn't speak English. I would go 3 x week spend $30 or more I think I will start going somewhere else for coffee or at least to the one by the cbc college you got this kid there that can do the work of the both those guys on 68 in a minute.
