I love Roasters coffee but this location by the mall has the worst customer service ever. Hardly even see any of them smile. 2 stars because I love the coffee. We keep trying this location thinking maybe they've just had a bad day but we keep being reminded to just stick to our arraon drive location. I love the smiles and greetings we get there. Makes it worth it.

I orders a ochata blended drink this morning but they added carmel to it. I didn't ask for it idk if it was a mistake or is that the way it comes. The drink it way too sweet i couldn't drink it. They store doesn't have a number to call so i could get it remade.

Rude, rude, rude! I was rushed, the Hispanic male barista that attended me didn’t let me take my time and ask what their seasonal drinks where I asked where was the sign and he said it was on the other side. I made it clear to him that he was not helping me by rushing me and his answer was well I have a time limit and I have a line. Enough said!

Love Roasters, over by mall. The ladies are always friendly in the early mornings. Its nice when you can stop for coffee and they remember your order. It is the only Roasters I will go to, my coffee is perfect every morning.

I love Roasters. Coffee is always delicious, customer service is impeccable and pricing is great. I get the caramel frap with white chocolate powder and whip. Love love love the place. Only thing is the wait can be lengthy but I practice my patience for the great coffee and service.

3rd time going asked for americano blondie with whip and never got a drink with whip also they have a picture on the menu with whip and Caramel and what I received looked nothing like what was advertised not going back...

Formerly Roasters, but the only thing that has changed is the name! Still a phenomenal place to get coffee. Same friendly staff at any one location.

Awesome staff! They get new people every now and then, like all businesses do. Due to the new employees, rarely my iced white rocket comes out a little bitter but I just let them know and they always make up for it with a free drink and fix the original one. Much love for this stand!!!

We stopped here because there is a level 3 electric car charger right next door and I'm so glad we did. Service was prompt and pleasant, and the decor and music made it fun to hang out while the car charged. I got a lavender white mocha that was completely amazing, they also had dairy free drink options for my spouse.

I am here M-F during the morning rush and these girls kill it. There have always been a ton of cars but they are super fast and I have never had to wait that long. Plus I have never had a bad drink.

On top of it, these girls are not fake with their customer service I have never got the "are you going to work?" trying too hard question when I first started going here.
