Whidbey Coffee

Could not believe my experience today. I went with my girlfriend to order two drinks. We first wanted a 16 oz white chocolate mocha and a 12 oz granita. After a brief consideration we changed the order to two granitas. The barista was confused so I clarified, one 12 oz granita, and one 16oz. We ended up with a white chocolate mocha & two 16 oz granitas. We were charged for all 3 drinks. I explained we didn't want the white chocolate mocha as we explained earlier. Then both Baristas told us that we were wrong and we messed up the order. They took the white chocolate mocha back and gave me a "free" drink voucher since they charged my card for the extra drink. Not super helpful since I'm on the island only once every 6 months. Needless to say it was a really tough experience and I am not a satisfied customer.

I love the Freeland one most. Susan and Megan are amazing, consistent, and Creative. Its always an upbeat way to start my morning.

Amazingly friendly staff. They love dogs here and give lots of treats. Their raspberry moca is very tasty.

Fast, courteous service is what I've always received at Whidbey Coffee, and a very good brew too.

I have been trying coffee all over the country, and because of the fact that I live on this Island I don't have to go far to get a cup of coffee. I'm proud to say that this is the coffee that I drink most of the time. Great stuff!!!!!

Got a small black coffee. Tasted well. Fast service. Polite cashier.

I love the coffee and local feel. Service is quick efficient, and will leave you with a really just great drink.

The 1 star review must have been a mistake. Apologies. This is a great stop. Everyone is super nice. Coffee and lemonade. Who knew?!?!
