A one of a kind retro hip coffee place
Ordered Cappuccino and would rate it 8 out of 10
Coffee itself is solid and smooth but on a lighter roast
The foam leaves some room for improvement
Pastry is good but nothing impressive
Decor and ambiance is the winner
Warm and bright to kick off good morning vibes

Great place for coffee. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The coffee is delicious. It’s great to see a business like this open on the area. Highly recommend.

Hands down one of the best coffee shop experiences. Excellent customer service; friendly and courteous. The drinks were top notch, well crafted and one of the few coffee shops that doesn’t burn the milk or use over roasted beans. Great experience, highly recommend!

12/9/22:
I shall continue my ongoing review of the Milk House and am pleased to say that they still have a "Darn fine cup of coffee" :)
- Seasonal drink menu and homemade syrups along with attention to detail in selecting their coffee roasts and brewing methods really shows (Honestly, take a look at their coffee brewer, that thing is next level!)
- Made from scratch pastries continue to get better! So yummy! Try one of their scones at least!
- Really continue to appreciate the community centered focus, warm and inviting atmosphere and friendly/accommodating staff of the Milk House. Need something, just ask. No matter how busy they are, I am always blown away by all of the barista's wanting to make things right. KEEP IT UP GUYS AND GALS!
Lastly, people who leave 1 star reviews for businesses with no explanation or because apparently they never learned that "Hot coffee is indeed hot" and you should be careful with said hot liquid and then berate employees for their own incompetence is the reason why we can't have nice things in this world. Pay no attention to that foolishness/negativity folks :)

12/7/21: Update for the "log" (Twin Peaks reference...) The Milk House continues to serve up a "Darn fine cup of coffee" again and again. They have really maintained a high level of friendly, community oriented customer service and product offerings. Drinks are excellent, food is great and locally made, and your staff is awesome!! If you need a solid coffee house fix from a great cup of drip coffee or a solid house mocha, go to the Milk House!

Now I could write a big long novel going into how much I like this place from the staff, to the drinks, to the clean modern atmosphere etc .. But instead I'm going to sum it up with a scene from the show Twin Peaks...
"This, excuse me, is a darn fine cup of coffee... I've had I can't tell you how many cups of coffee in my life and this is one of the best"

Try this place! Tried it for the first time a month ago and I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee, food, and service. The flavor of the cold brew is so good. I have had some incredible sugar cookies here too. I tried a breakfast burrito this morning and it was delicious. I just had to write a review because this place is awesome!

Wow. I first read about this place online 2 years ago after seeing it along Rucker Ave. I was so excited that a mile from my house was a new coffee shop that wasn't Starbucks. For whatever reason I kept forgetting to go and try this place. Today my wife was actually in that area and while on the phone with me told me she was going to go there and bring me home a mocha. Now I understand that a mocha isn't the epitome oh "high class" coffee drinks. Super excited I took my first sip and wow...... Burnt coffee and zero mocha flavor. There should be a fine line between coffee flavor, mocha flavoring, steamed milk, and whipped cream all meeting together as one to create a silk flavor. Instead I got burnt coffee flavoring. Thirteen dollars for my drink and my wife's iced white chocolate mocha which was described to me as "ok". I am severely disappointed. Also, it looks like if you speak your mind and give this place an honest review the owner will give a sarcastic and disrespectful response. So let me say this... Your place has a lot of great reviews. However, my experience stunk. I was rooting for a great coffee from you but what I got was terrible.

Saturday morning and there was a decent line. Went fairly quickly. Was greeted by person taking my order. They were very friendly. People drinking and enjoying their morning in the cafe. Some games for kids. Back room as well. Bright and airy atmosphere. Comfortable hand friendly place with good coffee.
Did not find some of the 1 star reviews accurate. But I go to coffee places for coffee not food. And I usually rate places for what their main items are.

A friendly place I like to stop in for a latte and a baked good. Good drink selection. delicious fresh baked good selection. The Team has always been friendly and quick. There is an effort to include community space for gatherings.

What an absolutely lovely place! The inside is beautiful and clean, the coffee is delicious, the staff is friendly and quick, and they have incredible frosted cookies. I went to check it out with my husband and loved it so much I went first thing the next morning too. It's so great to see such cool new places opening up in Everett, and I truly hope they are around for a long long time.
