Aut-to Mocha

Must have been an off day. We stopped here after seeing lines wrapping around the parking lot daily. I kid you not, my coffee tasted like an Indian restaurant. Now don’t get me wrong - I love Indian food. But not in my coffee. It was super burnt and something was just… wrong. Also… $16 for 2 16 oz lattes? Was half tempted to ask for a receipt with breakdowns because it seemed outrageous.

My favorite coffee when I come to town! Girls are so sweet and always get my coffee just right.

The baristas are always super welcoming whether I'm there at 6 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon. The best peanut butter chocolate drink I can find in the valley!!!

Ordered a granita. Paid and left tip. Batista gave it to me and it was liquid with a very small amount of frozen stuff at the top. I asked her for a fully frozen one. She then said "their mix isint ready yet and that i could go up the street and exchange it at the other auto mocha". Why charge me and give it to me if you saw and knew it wasn't ready? Frustrated, I went up the street and their mix wasn't ready either. Waste of money and a non deserving tip. Will just stick to starbucks.

I love Aut-to Mocha!!! They have the BEST tasting coffee and the gals are always professional and polite! The one off of Grant Rd is my favorite, they've never got my order wrong, but any of their locations are fabulous!

Today exactly on 7/23/2021 at 7:50pm we arrived at the Automocha next to their main office. A young blonde with curly hair treated us with so much anger in her face. Never in my life have I ever experienced such disrespect as a customer. All we did was show up hoping to order a couple cones and immediately she rolled her eyes and slammed a gallon of milk on the counter. I get customer service isn't always pleasant, but that was definitely not the way to greet us. I love Auto Mocha in general, but that kind of behavior isn't ok!

best coffee drinks in the valley

I got a blended strawberry red Bull today, one of my daily drinks. The ice was partially blended and I also noticed what looked like a piece of spaghetti noodle.... turns out it was a piece of rubber band (2 pieces to be exact). Yuk!

Great as always! Try the caramel frappita and add a shot or 2! So good and the quality of the coffee they use is hands down the best in town!
