We drive long distance to get there, we were disappointed, they had nothing to sell except sugar cookies, espresso machine was not working, drip coffee was cold, prices are inflated, not worth the time or the money.

I've been going here for 10 years. Love it. No complaints. They have a huge selection of pastries and candies(mostly huckleberry) and the ladies there are pretty good lookin 😂 good coffee too

Love the apple fritters at one of Washington's oldest bakeries. It's a great pit stop on your travel cross state. Might want to stop by Pioneer Coffee, (located several blocks to the west and on the opposite side of the street) to accompany your fritter.

This local bakery has lots of charm and yummy traditional baked goods. Quiche comes in several flavors, $4/slice. They have a vegetarian version. Great cinnamon rolls, butterhorns, donuts and bread. Solid espresso, reasonably priced. A 16 oz Cafe Vita drip is $2.20, 16 oz latte $3.75.

Wonderful and friendly people work here! Everything looks so yummy...but the fruit bars are what I've gone there for. They are so very very delicious. I buy them every time I go thru Cle Elum.

My 4 inch $2 apple fritter was raw dough in the middle. Asked about french bread but staff acted like I was not worthy to buy it. They might be right about that. Anyway, quality control and customer service was unsatisfactory in Sunday June 23. Taking future business to uptown Safeway.

The line was long but the wait was worth it. Their pastry and donut selection grows thin as the day goes on so git there early!

So good! We were visiting from out of town and needed birthday snacks for our son. DONUTS for the win! They also have pies, cookies, pastries, and local jams, jellies, etc;. We saw a steady stream of customers while we were there. Must be a local fave too!!!

Excellent pastries and service. I wish they'd sell their cinnamon rolls in single servings and heated up. They're only available in prepackaged 6 packs. There is a microwave...but...
