Shona's Food Company

So, I travel a lot for work and love finding a place like this. A lot of times I will find some place the locals love and winds up being good, but not 5 star outstanding. Shona's however, easily earns that 5th star. The americano was perfect, the british bacon and duck egg sandwiches were absolutely devine. I got to talk to Shona, and her cool helper son, and was so impressed with her passion for what she is doing. So go and treat yourself, i am going to eat there every chance I get this trip and going someplace more than once is something I rarely do.

As a Michigan'der I love Cornish pasties. Saw they serve British meat pies and was NOT disappointed. Cannot recommend their menu enough. Lovely atmosphere. Great culinary & agriculture philosophy. Can't wait to go back.

LOVE that we have a place like Sho a's here in Chehalis. Love everything about Shona's. Food is great, staff are friendly.

Truly a 5 star spot. Vibes were immaculate inside. Food was off the charts (get a bacon egg and cheese sandwich 🤤) super cool folks working in there. Just moved to the area and I'm so glad a place like this exists.

We happened into Shona's today because of a web search while briefly in Chehalis, waiting for a tire repair. My wife ordered the British. I swear you can actually taste every component of that sandwich separately and at the same time. How is that possible?? So good! I ordered the pork belly special. I have to say, without reservation, that that was the best sandwich I have ever had. Aside from the fantastic food, the staff was friendly and even offered us a sample of some extraordinary sipping vinegars. I didn't know such a thing existed. Anyway, we had to tell Shona personally about our experience. She reacted graciously but I think she knows just how good her food is. We will most definitely be back.
Oops! Almost forgot that we also had a banana cake to share as a treat afterwards. Perfect!

We have eaten at Shona’s several times. It is an incredible treat. One might expect to find something like this on a cobbled street in Scotland, but we have it here!!! I haven’t had anything that wasn’t amazing, and all served with your choice of beverage, including a proper English Cuppa. Her menu changes with what is seasonally available and has become my favorite, absolute favorite place to eat. And did I mention she is located in the best yarn shop in miles??

Great lunch. Food was very good and made with care. Service was outstanding as well.

Our stop at Shona’s Food Company was the highlight of our drive up to Seattle! The pastries, coffee, salad, meat pie and the special were thoroughly enjoyed. Even our one year old ate a little of everything. The server even brought him a handful of blueberries which was such a delightful surprise! We will definitely be back here for the healthy, fresh food and great service.

Absolutely lovely food and beverages! Using all locally sourced ingredients and flavors, Shona creates a gorgeous array of seasonal goods. Everyone is friendly, warm, and incredibly talented. The sweet pea lemonade was perfect. Well worth a stop in Chehalis for!
