Mint City Coffee Roasting

My group showed up twenty minutes before closing, yet they were still happy to serve us.
I had heard great things about their cardamom latte, but on recommendation of the batista I ordered a ginger cardamom latte.
I really enjoyed it!
The interior is sparse, with a sterile in a good way feel. The roasting area is completely visible behind a chain to keep people out.
I recommend this place for meeting with a friend.

Good chai latte and great customer service. It's very open and cute inside. Perfect to sit and chat with a friend.

It is so cute and the customer service is so nice! We went their in between dance classes and they were so fast and so sweet 😋. Cookies and their donuts were so good would definitely recommend

Was excited to try the new coffee house in town. Was a little disappointed. Coffee was okay, not spectacular. Huge space, but very empty and cold feeling. No food to speak of. Will try again in a few months and let you know if anything has changed.

The place is beautiful, the coffee is okay. It was my first time and maybe my last the customer service wasn’t there, it wasn’t inviting enough for me to want to come back.

Beautiful restored building with brick and beams in downtown Chehalis, WA. Coffee roaster on sight. Delicious medium flavor, not too dark as many places go to compete with a million pumps of flavors. I got a 16oz hot latte, two shots, no flavors and it was beautiful! Even to-go I got latte art. Really pretty bathroom. Little kids size picnic table and high chairs too.

Great environment They charge for whipped cream without telling me and they also charged for a peppermint pump which I expected but they did not tell me Drinks were good and also they had good looking donuts

The ambiance is really nice. The baristas were friendly and quick.
