Shaky Grounds Espresso

Order 3 drinks and they gave me 4, when I told them it was incorrect the barista said she mis heard me and here are the drinks, however at no time did they offer to make my bill correct. I was expected to take and pay for a drink I did not order. The drinks I did order were awful. I will never go back. If I could give zero stars I would

Great service, staff is fantastic! They are willing to deal with someone that doesn't know how to order or exactly what they really want to order. Friendly staff!

Great taste to the espresso and the barista was nice. She seemed to already know every local’s order as they pulled up!

They have some awesome drinks! I try something new everytime I go. I haven't been disappointed once.

We ordered 2/24oz decaf Carmel frapppacinos. Cost $10.00 Couldn't taste the carmel. The ice was so big it kept clogging our straws and the drink was actually a litter bitter. All in all a complete disappointment.

Angel is one of my top favorites there, she inspires me to want to go to shakeys every day sometimes 2 times haha and she never has me leave with out a smile and satisfaction

Really good coffee,fair prices.They only have 1 person working on Fridays.Weird.But the gal was really nice,and was friendly and efficient with her work.
