This place is amazing! Really loved it. I would have given it 5 stars except for one major thing that definitely needs to be addressed. Not letting people bring their clearly sick children in. It's one thing if the kids are not presenting but there were kids running around with snotty noses and flemmy coughs. I know it can't all be prevented but some people just don't care and should be stopped at the door. This is an experience that is paid for and as such should have better rules for that. My son and my friend's kids all got sick because of it and I'm sure we weren't the only ones...outside of that the place was great.

The inside space is so cute and has loads of toys to keep little ones entertained for hours. The baby gates allow for parents to visit, catch up on work, etc all while watching their kids from a few feet away. They seem to add new toys every now and then, so even returning guests won't be bored. However their customer service could use some work. Since they opened months ago I've called somewhere between 5-10 times and have only received an answer once. If you have any questions it's best to go to the cafe and ask in person. The check in is also rushed and purchasing drinks, food, etc seems pushed.

The kids had fun while the adults talked. What more could you want? Oh, and they had coffee you could order. We had Domino's pizza delivered for the party. Didn't have to deal with other families and their kids (other than those invited to the party) because the whole place is rented for parties. Great place to see what toys your kids like and "try before you buy."

This business is perfectly set up to allow parents to relax a bit while kids play: great sight lines, but set up in a way that kids feel empowered to play without parents needing to be right there with them. The owner is super friendly as well! Good coffee for parents and snacks on hand for kiddos too.

I wish there was a age limit at this place. I think it used to be 6 and under but I don't see that rule anymore. My 2 toddlers were having a great time until a huge group of kids that were more like 7-9 showed up and just started throwing toys all over And screaming and pushing each other down and running. It was insane. We would love this place if older kids weren't allowed.

Picked up yet another set of lights. Seems like I do this every year. This string is LED and 5yr warranty. The tags are a little deceiving close together but they honored the price. Thank you! Happy Holidays

This place is awesome for cold or rainy days when the kids wanna play and you just wanna drink coffee! You better expect to spend at least a couple hours cuz the kids never want to leave!
