This is my go to stand in bonneylake. For the most part all of the girls are quick and friendly. But, this last time I got a bunch of floaties in my redbull drink. I’m hoping they’re just coffee grounds but still not what I’d like in my drink
The person that is working there right now (Tuesday, March 7th at 430pm) is the rudest "barista" I've ever encountered! I pulled up. Didn't see anybody so i honked my horn 2 separate times. Still waiting 5 minutes now. Another car pulls up on the otherside and she appears only to go right to the other side to help them first. When she came to my window I told her that I was here before that other person and i have been waiting over 6 minutes now. She said "well i was stocking and i didn't know" no apology, no let me make it up to you attitude. She then said I'll get to you next. Well of course i was the only one there. I said don't bother I'm leaving and she yelled "BYE" from the other window in front of the other customer! I was not going to give them my business only to have her make my drink wrong and over charge me and/or spit in my drink. I have never been treated so rudely and I come here everyday. My son couldn't even believe what he had just heard and seen. Now i will not go there again! That is not at all how i should've been treated and I had already had a really bad day! It was very hurtful and she didn't even care!
not sure the name of the girl but she works there a lot and has brown hair. super snarky and just makes you feel like you’re a burden. she’s made my drink a couple times and it’s always good! it’s just her customer service and attitude that makes me not want to return. i’m a barista as well and understand that it can be hard to put on the “customer service mask” some days but every time i’ve gone, i am constantly being talked to in a snarky or monotone voice by this girl. please investigate this so others don’t have to feel weird about ordering coffee!
So upset on the schedule change. Absolutely loved Kayla (& Maddie). Sad to see Kayla go. We won’t be back. The gals working now aren’t as nice, efficient or make the coffee as good as she did. Best of luck
I am so very upset about the horrible service I received here. The coffee was horrible and the service was much worse.
I was not asked what size I wanted nor was I asked any of the other basic questions that come along with ordering coffee.
In fact, I was not even asked to pay. Which made me feel like something was done to the drink I was served.
Of course, I offered my payment card and they accepted... slightly surprised.
But despite thinking red flags were being flown, I decided to drink the coffee anyway. I mean, I did pay for it. I shared some with my lady and she took one sip and refused any further.
A third of the way, I realized not only was I forcing myself but my tongue was covered. Considering my rigorous oral regimen that morning, I had no lingering doubts the coffee was the culprit.
At this point I stopped drinking it. Angry. Furious. But since I couldn't enjoy the coffee, I was definitely typing this review up.
I feel sorry for whoever hired these young women because these young ladies did them a great disservice.
I'll never forget what they looked like and I'll never drink the coffee here again.
And for anybody who thinks maybe I was the bad guy....I thought, "maybe I offended her by asking for the daily special" because I was polite and unassuming. I have a generally warm personality and gracious disposition.
I get nothing out of seeking to demean or offend and there isn't a person alive who would swear they could imagine me being out of sorts with anybody.
This is entirely just some childish decision that met the wrong person on the wrong day.
All the same, it should have never happened.
A heart of service can't take things personally. I do not know what whoever made that drink had going on that day but I swear, nobody deserves that service, especially without cause.
Perhaps it was mistaken identity. Perhaps, she just didn't like my face. Perhaps she didn't know why I seemed to be in a good mood. I have no idea. All I know is I got this horrible experience and was not even properly charged for the drink I ordered. A 16 ounce coffee of the day should have rang up something like $4.50 plus tax. Instead, the total coffee was $3.92 after tax and was the worst experience with "coffee" I've ever purchased.
I wish I recorded the entire interaction. I also have witnesses.
This place would be worth the money if they actually learned how to pull shots. Everytime I’ve ever gone here, the shots are bad and I throw the coffee out. Won’t be coming here again since they always make horrible coffee
