Caffe Pronto

This little spot is honestly just amazing and the best. Very kind and friendly baristas who provide excellent customer service and consistently, reliably great coffee beverages! I’ve never had a drink messed up here- ever! They even know my regular order by heart! I have never regretted coming here or leaving a nice tip because they are wonderful and do a great job every single time! Note: They do in fact offer blended drinks (not the case everywhere) and also food/snack items! Totally recommend! Great whipped cream as well :)

Asked for hot coffee 4 times and still got iced. They did finally get it done right as far as the temperature, but the flavor was way off . Usually it's good. The workers seemed like they had better things to do.

I have been here about three times. I only go when heading up north because this isn't my usual "neck of the woods". I had a coupon for $2 off that was really old but there was no expiration date so I wasn't worried. I go up north super infrequently. When I went this last time I showed the coupon and was told it was too old to use. I felt stupid. She went on to make a big deal about trying to work something out. She finally did give us a little discount on something to make up for it. But all the while I'm feeling more and more silly. It's only $2 but, no expiration date... You know what I mean?
It doesn't make me want to go back.

Always friendly. Great coffee and Italian sodas. One of our regular stops when in the area.

I ordered 2 non-coffee drinks (basically soda w/a flavor) and a bagel w/cream cheese. The drinks were fine. The bagel was so hard I could knock on it. The cream cheese was sparse- maybe 1 tablespoon on a large bagel. It was a complete waste of $.

It took nearly 15 minutes to get my order. There weren't any other customers there at the time.

My bro, and I were kicking it (lunch and geocaching) the other day. I was fading fast and needed a pick-me-up via java joy.

Mike mentioned that he couldn't find the geocache nearby, but I had. I ordered him to go to the Caffe Pronto parking lot.

I asked for recommendations from Madison. She suggested an Almond Rocha mocha with Almond Rocha whip cream!

I've gone to this coffee stand (mostly) every single day for the last 1-2 years. The coffee and bagels they serve are better than the other coffee stands i've tried in the area. Super friendly staff, always a good experience.

They can make great coffee however the customer service is hit or miss. After waiting behind three cars, and arriving 30 minutes before closing, the barista told me she was unable to make me coffee because she had already cleaned her machine.. so I waited in line 15 minutes to be told she couldn’t make me coffee. I understand she wanted to be off work perhaps but it is a coffee stand after all and I don’t think it would have been too much work to make me a coffee, especially given that I had arrived 30 minutes before closing.
