Great little place. The mall definitely needed a small local coffee shop like this.

The Maddie is a great choice if you like chocolaty coffees. Best when served iced

Note that they close earlier by 3PM on some days. Always check first just in case.

GREAT coffee with a comfortable atmosphere. Ordered "The Belly Rub" and was not disappointed. Specialty lattes are named after the owner's dogs and other dog related whatnots. He proudly displays a picture of his loved fur friends on the chalkboard menu. This is a great place to rest your feet from all the shopping at the outlets or grab your caffeine fix for the road. They also serve tea, bagels, baked goods, and paninis.

Good snacks and coffee, very casual and friendly local spot! Same owner that has The Flippin Flea over towards Toano which is 2 very awesome stops you don't want to miss.

What a wonderful little coffee shop. The staff was friendly and there are so many delicious things on the menu that it was hard to pick. The paninis are superb, some of the best I've ever had. Try the veggie panini. It's very messy but WORTH IT. I should have taken a picture but I was too busy eating it.

A great find while we walked around the shops. Cafe latte was perfect, London fog absolutely amazing and the paninis? Wowwww, we’ll definitely come back! Highly highly recommend this place for anyone looking to grab a quick bite!

I got an Ice Americano and the flavor was unique & amazing!! Definitely coming back!! I make my own Americano but love trying new places often. So far Japan & Hawaii have had the most places I’ve loved most, but The Sip is one place I would highly recommend! You can tell whomever owns or makes the coffee takes pride.

Only suggestion’s I have, is the plastic cup lid kept coming off. And the young girl at register didn’t seem happy to be there lol but the two older people working there were beyond friendly and loved their energy. But yes that girl could of easily made for a bad experience, a smile or a happy greeting could go a long way.

This is a wonderful cafe with excellent coffee beverages and tasty food and welcoming staff! I visited it for the first time after having visited the other location on Richmond Road a few times. What a treat! I had the 'puppy kisses' which was made to my taste with less syrup and absolutely loved it! I highly recommend visiting this cafe.

A very cute spot, extremely tasty food with excellent, friendly service. They have paninis, some baked goods, and a large variety of coffee drinks. I definitely recommend!

So happy The Sip opened near us! We love the Sipping Flea and are excited to continue to support these local businesses. Our favorite drink is the Belly Rub!

Solid service and coffee! I’m sure we will be back when in the area. I got a puppy love hot latte which was tasty! And my boyfriend got a traditional cappuccino.
