I've been here several times and my experience has been consistent. The staff and service are excellent. Everyone is very friendly and polite. The food and drinks are typically prepared quickly regardless of whether it is busy or not. The food and drinks in my opinion are mediocre quality at best and fairly overpriced compared to the available alternatives.

Best little coffee shop with fantastic atmosphere and options with high quality coffee prepared perfectly!

I got coffee here a couple of mornings. The coffee is delicious and so are the pastries! Service was very fast. I'd definitely go back!!

Came in for the happy hour, $6 chianti! Coffee is also pretty good here. Love the same and service.

Nice Italian style cafe. I wish staff be more politely. Not much smile, but place is good.

Service is quick but the staff is not polite neither friendly and since prices are quite high and the quality is not superior to other Williamsburg coffee shops I strongly recommend to go somewhere else. Coffee is good but other places are close, they have very good coffee too, and the staff is 10 times more friendly and polite, and they even have better decoration. Pastries are average but they look “pretty”. Nevertheless the flavor is just ok.

I feel sorry for the shop clerks who have to deal with these entitled tourists who refused to leave after the shop was officially closed( it’s one thing to take 5 minutes, but 30 is a huge liberty) My cream soda was good. This shop is slightly overpriced, but then again it has trust fund babies at the college next door and well heeled tourists to supply. Dealing with them justifies the prices. I’m giving it a good rating because they were nice to me.

Nice coffee shop in Merchants Square. Very good coffee, pastries and sandwiches look good but kind of overpriced.

The best coffee in town! Honestly, I'm very happy that such a place opened in Williamsburg, I go there about 4 times a week, very friendly and professional staff. Thank you

I have never had a bad experience here. I actually prefer this Cafe compared to the other local coffee shops; it is spacious inside and has a much better layout and atmosphere.
The employees have always been pleasant and quick to warm my pastry and craft my beverage. I'm a frequent visitor to CW and always stop by for a quick bite, even if it is a bit more costly then the other establishments. I especially appreciate how clean it always is.
I recommend any of their danishes and i personally look forward to warmer months to try the Gelato!
