Illy Caffe

I purchased a decaf and my boyfriend a regular brewed coffee; they were both tasteless, watery. One star for his and one star for mine, (politely served though). We will try again, could be an off day.

Good enough coffee. Better than the alternatives in Williamsburg. Shane they didn't have pour-over. The Bombolone was good, the vanilla cream and the chocolate hazelnut (Nutella, basically)

I love this fun little slice of Italy in Williamsburg! Their cappuccinos are the best around. You don't need to add any sugar, which is a true sign of an excellently balanced cappuccino in my book. Illy coffee is wonderful in that it is not bitter like many American coffees. I will definitely be a regular visitor here.

Good coffee! Had an iced latte since it was hot out. 4 stars due to the bathrooms not being super clean, but they are unisex and see a lot of traffic!

So satisfying to see a coffee shop that's NOT Starbucks!!! Illy coffee is not as acidic and the taste is hands down better than "the other guys". The snacks look tastier and the atmosphere is very pleasant! Come sit and enjoy a cold or hot brew!

Went back after a long time because of attitude. Last visit was good but this time I was reminded why I haven’t gone back for a while. Female attitude is very poor just because I asked for my coffee to be put in a to go cup.

Our family was visiting from Arlington, Va. My husband and I needed a place to recharge with our toddler. Luckily we arrived right before it got busy. Customer service was great and order came out fast! Americano and Cappuccino were made perfectly. Our daughter really enjoyed the powdered sugar vanilla custard doughnut.

A nice little coffee shop with good food. Service was reasonable for the late lunch hour. Had the chicken salad on a huge croissant, nothing to write home about, just a good sandwich. Prices were a little high but considering the location about what you'd expect.

Really nice coffee shop in a super cute part of Williamsburg VA.
