Town Center Cold Pressed - Virginia Beach Town Center

Really wish there was a button for 10 stars. Really good food and really great service. They were so patient working with me on my food allergies. So completely thankful for the staff there!

Environmentally aware and super modern. Their juices are so good and smooth, and you can taste every flavor they describe. We got to sample a new pistachio creamer and I'm still thinking about how good it was. They have a quick grab and go area if you are in a rush, and they also have loads of seating and a bar if you're wanting to sit and stay for a while. The employees were so kind and really took the time to help us understand the menu.

Fungus Amongus was a bit salty.
I called to let them know and they did give me another one for free.
The smoothie bowl was very refreshing and one of best I've had so far.

This location is the worst. They never have enough workers and they always mess things up. And they only have one register!!!!! I went in there today, Sunday and I already placed my order by phone. The girl told me I had to stand in line of 30 people for my pickup order. I told her no way!! That's the whole point of placing orders by phone. She looked irritated and another nice employee rang me up. Most of these workers at this location aren't fit to be in Town Center!

I had a bad experience coming here awhile ago due to customer service and speed issues, so I figured I would give them another shot. I was extremely disappointed. There wasn't anyone else in line or ordering and it still took 20 minutes to get my coffee order. The worst part is that the coffee tasted burnt and watered down. The music was so loud I had to speak-up to the cashier a few different times and the employee's just seem out of it, like they really don't want to be there. Overall, not a very good experience and I probably won't be back.

Atmosphere is cozy & inviting. Lighting is perfect. Matcha latte with pistachio milk tastes heavenly.

Cute little coffee shop with some great food and drink choices! Seats can fill up pretty quickly here so be wary if you plan to come around lunch time. You order at the counter and if you're eating there they will give you a number to place on your table. I wouldn't go with a group more than 3 unless it's after the busy lunch period. They only have the menu on big, hanging boards behind the bar (no printed out versions) so it can be hard to read since it's dim inside. I recommend looking up the menu on your phone beforehand or while in line. I ordered the chocolate pitaya smoothie bowl and I substituted strawberry for banana. It was great and a I had leftovers to take home. I liked the granola they used but found myself wanting more of it. Overall this is a nice place to stop in for a coffee or refreshing smoothie bowl in Virginia Beach Town Center!

The price is too expensive for a cup of smoothie or juice but I guess you get what you paid for cuz the smoothie here is delicious .

Had a very negative experience starting with the order total being incorrect, then not having the ingredients to make the sandwich, ten waiting 20 minutes to have my sandwich made after which - icing on the cake. The lady calls my name slams my sandwich down at a different part of the counter to where I am - no bag or napkins, just sandwich in a foil wrap. If I could give less than a star for this service I would.
