Town Center Cold Pressed - Virginia Beach Town Center

I'm so late with my Friday morning review..But anywho so I love the bagels..The service not so much..They don't make u feel welcomed..I've ordered several items off the menu..And, everytime I have to ask for a bag..If I have more thn two items I definitely should automatically receive a bag...I don't know what it is about baristas but they can be so snooty..So I definitely won't be back..The customer service needs work...I'll miss this place...5 stars for food 1 star for blah service

The woman in charge was unwilling to remake a sandwich that I ordered that was poorly executed and offered no other solution. Not the customer service I expected from this restaurant. As well the food is good but pricey and the vegan sandwich only came with a small peice of sausage that didn't even fill out to the edges of the sandwich. Disappointing

Waiting over 30 minutes for food, when I asked the counter about our order I was advised that there are still two orders in front of us.

Interesting as the two people who were in front of us in line received their food awhile ago.

I can only assume they are online orders like door dash and Uber? But if that’s the case they should have a line dedicated for outbound orders. It’s ridiculous to be standing idly by while multiple orders are getting fulfilled... especially for a bagel...😒

So sad... I had been so excited after my first order and then disappointed ever since. Went from a perfect actually toasted bagel... To warmed bagels ..and uneven , inconsistency with toppings. Juice lee went from great and balanced when you buy it as a single item.... But order with a combo and your going to receive a watered down version... Literally tasted like water with squeeze of lemon. Brought issues of under toasting to restaurant attention ... And still no change.. I was excited to see their menu update and my first visit back was what I was looking for... Sadly get same quality is a no go .

I can understand training difficulties, quality checking is a must. But I will give y'all another try, bc I love the menu and would hate to not be able to enjoy it!

While on my vacation I was looking for a healthy food and drink. Choice this place has lived up to that it was amazing. The customer service was just as stellar. Will b going back

Leaving this to make up for the fact that I left a bad review on grubhub just because the driver was terrible and there was no way to review them separately. But the restaurant itself is GREAT! Food is awesome, love the juices and the fact that you can get single shots. The lox is on point! Staff is always professional and courteous. Every time I order from here someone always calls if there is an issue or if they run out of something and that is awesome! No complaints at all and would highly recommend! 👍👍👍

Great place. They have a barista there named Zoe. Zoe is fantastic and quite honestly the only reason I ever go there.

Register lady greeted me as soon as I walked in which was nice. I ordered the “don’t worry be happy oatmeal bowl” and it was so delicious the fruit combo was on point. I feel like I was in the Bahamas with the mango,strawberry,pineapple coconut that were on the oatmeal. So good. So healthy. Clean eating at its best.Will be back for sure.

The Tex mex bowl, their salads. Bagels are gone. Matcha waffles. Really sad about the upgrades leaving just sandwiches and oatmeal bowls. I still eat here because vegetarian options are limited always but tccp used to be a holy grail. I didn’t care about long waits, I learned to place my order early. I feel like not a lot of positive improvements were made in place of the menu options they took away. The menu is a fraction of what it used to be. Still enjoy their smuices and juices, the CBD latte was the best I’d ever had when they gave it a trial. food quality is still great, Pls don’t remove the turmeric maple cinnamon latte 🙏
Decided to review in case they read these, pls bring back food options, or introduce new ones!

This is a great place to catch up with friends or colleagues. They've just updated their menu (May 2022) so I had to find new favorites. Food and beverages are always good here.
