Delicious coffee! I love the differ t declared lattes and cold brew. Also the bagel sandwich, fancy ham egg and cheese! They have great service!

Staff is rude. Had me order online while I was in store because they couldn’t figure out how to work their own rewards which state they can scan the QR code in store. This was a simple 5$ off on my birthday and I had everything I was supposed to. Not one apology not one happy birthday not one care that their system didn’t work.

I will never go back to this location.

The food is good but if you order online they ALWAYS forget to include the drinks. Normally I wouldn't care too much but when you spend 10+ dollars on drinks it is kind of annoying not to get them. I've ordered from this place multiple times throughout the last 2 years and UBER EATS luckily has refunded me each and every time they mess up.

I usually get the lox combo and today there was a long straight brown hair under my sandwich. I drove all the way back to the store asked for the manager and while I'm waiting I see a guy re-doing his ponytail right in the kitchen. Turns out this is the manager and of all the heads I see the hair from my food matches his hair PERFECTLY. To top it off he acted like i was lying about the hair because (im not a millennial) didnt take a picture and had the audacity to make slick comments after i drove there twice because his 🤬🤬 hair was in my food!! I didnt eat the new food because of the way he handled it so my time and money were wasted. Just know ponytail manager guy likes to fix his hair next to your food. I used to like this place.

Excellent coffee and friendly service. The young man who serve me was very helpful when I told him it was my first time there. He explained the whole menu and flavoring options for me without having to read it.
I picked up an amaretto latte with their self prepared pistachio milk, a vegan option. While not personally a vegan, I love pistachios and the mixture was fantastic.

Although this was our first visit, it will not be our last! The moment my son walked in, he fell in love! Thank you to the AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY front of house gentleman who answered all of our questions and prepared the extremely tasty Morning Glory and Mango Unchained Smuices! To whomever fulfilled our build your own sandwiches, I owe you an air hug!!!

On my list of favorite places. I love the set up. Services are great. Very laid back environment. The food and drinks are awesome!

I love this place! Everything from their smoothies to bagels to coffees is amazing. My all time favorite is the Mango Unchained smoothie juice. It's a little pricey, but I've always felt that the fresh ingredients and just clean, groovy atmosphere are worth it.

Love this place for coffee, tea, and sandwiches! My go-to is a Lavender Pistachio Mylk Latte, and it's delicious! Highly recommend if you're in the Towne Center area of Virginia Beach 🍵.

Almost four dollars: burnt bagel with cream cheese (which cost extra).

Edit: it’s not even an everything bagel, which I ordered.

Edit 2: it seems as if they used the cream cheese to try and cover up the parts that were most burnt. It’s a lesson to check your food before you leave I guess
