Ordered a coffee through the drive thru, asked for dark roast with two Splenda and a splash of half and half. Coffee was cold and had so much cream I couldn’t taste the coffee. Basically watered down cup of milk

Love the vibe here! It was crowded on a Thursday morning when I arrived but I found a place to sit and enjoy some quiet time. Delicious signature latte (caramochanut) and they even wrote encouragement on the lid! Wish I had time in the area to try more of their coffees.

My order this morning burnt croissant with no egg. I have pictures but they removed the ability to post them.

Ordered a Vietnamese coffee online. Order was confirmed. I show up and the guy at the front tells me they'll have it out in just a moment. I understood since I arrived about 5 minutes prior to the estimated time for my order to be prepared. Barista Kaila later comes out and tells me they don't have any Vietnamese coffee. What I don't understand is why did they confirm my order and proceed to tell me they're about to make my drink upon arrival just for me to find out they're out of that drink? Kaila then asked me if I would like another on-tap drink to replace the Vietnamese coffee for the same price. No offer for a return of my money nor an apology. I didn't want to have wasted my time coming out, so I asked for a Honey Cinnamon latte, and it was handed to me without an apology (still) for confirming my order when it could not be fulfilled. Service at this location has been subpar the past few times I've been here. Will not be returning, as much as I'd like to support baristas and coffee shops in my area. As someone who has worked in the service industry for over 5 years, I'm very disappointed in Kaila's unprofessional and borderline rude/apathetic behavior. I did not throw a fit nor argue nor complain. All I did was look disappointed when told the news of there being no Vietnamese coffee - and Kaila seemed to have felt that I deserved complete apathy in response. Horrible service.

One of the best coffee shops in the Virginia Beach area. Everything I’ve had has been great. My Sandwich was so good and I Highly recommend the Pistachio Latte …It’s a must try

They have good food that's really healthy. It was my first time going but so far so good.

Do you enjoy waiting 20 minutes for a pickup order? Do you enjoy waiting 20 minutes for coffee from a rude and understaffed establishment? If so, this is the place to go. Happened once, shame on them. Happened twice now, shame on me for going back. Won't happen again. I have a short list of places to avoid at all costs. Congrats, you made the list!

Fantastic food and good staff!!! Very healthy and tasty. This has become my go-to for when I want a really healthy food or when I'm sick and need a shot of some immune-blast. It's pricey but I know that what I'm paying for is real ingredients. You can tell when you taste it these are all made with real, fresh, healthy ingredients that are non-GMO or whatever people do to their foods. I highly recommend the Fresh Veggies egg sandwich and a Kickstart, Juice Lee, or Drop the Beet Juice. The Oatmeal bowls are legit and delicious, and so are the Smoothie bowls (first place I had a smoothie bowl, but again you can tell these are all fresh, real ingredients you can feel good about eating).

At first glance, this coffee shop feels pretentious. You walk in and the menu is overwhelming. And the person at the register expects you to already know what you want. My friend ordered an ice coffee and was directed to get a canned one from the fridge...

Once you sit down (and look past the wobbly tables) with you're drink and you're food, it is a great experience. They offer an array of things that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere in Virginia Beach.

I have been here on two occasions. I recommend the bagels and the matcha waffles. If you are lactose intolerant, I suggest you try their pistachio milk in your drink.

The prices are a little high for my liking so I go here when I want to treat myself.

I give 5 stars to the food and beverages and 3 stars to the service and the fact that I had to fight not to spill my drink because my table was unstable. So I gave it a total of 4 stars.

Loved the coffee here! This place has some of the best coffee I've ever had. I ordered the white mocha toffee latte and it was heaven in a cup. Another guy in our group got a pumpkin latte that was incredible as well. The girls are super friendly too. 10/10 would come here everyday if I lived in VA Beach.
