Coffee Pot

Always a great time at the Coffee Pot. A classic Roanoke spot that oozes awesomeness. They’re great supporters of local music and even host bigger acts. They do allow smoking inside and that’s the only thing I’d change but it’s the Coffee Pot, they do what want because they’re awesome.

Fantastic staff, rad live music, beer, liquor & grub. Do you really need more?

Met some friends to listen to live band , you can sit outside it's covered, or stay indoors, a few pool tables , sweet bartenders, this is an historical landmark that has served many a generations wasn't crowded , friendly atmosphere

Service was slow who has one bartender on a Saturday night when you have a band? Not very friendly either.

Great food good beer and local music

Great old school hangout. Food is very underrated! The Coffee Pot gets a bad rap but it's one of the last places of its kind in the area. Don't be intimidated by the atmosphere it's a great place to have a beer, a smoke and a great meal! Don't miss out.

Been doing the buffet for 20 years, price has gone up as expected but food quality has not, Mondays are no longer steak days Wednesdays are no longer barbecue days I think Fridays are still seafood days, people need patterns in their daily lives and you guys have completely screwed the pattern for most people I understand times are a little different now but it's a little hard to give support when a buffet went from $9 a year and a half ago to $13.25, last time for this 20-year supporter.

Was surprised with the food here. Really glad we stopped. Down home country yummy cookin for a good price. The buffet was on special. But it ends at the end of March. So if you're down that way and want a tasty bite to eat this would be the place. It is a bar so not really kid friendly. But super nice staff and good food for sure!

I had great service from staff, very good food but brought a group of friends to try to enjoy the band this past Saturday night and the cigarette smoke was so bad even in the non smoking area that the bad was in we all had headaches before we left . A real shame great bad comedy was awful be the part we can't take was the smoke. I really thought it was illegal in a bar anymore but we won't be back until smoke is not a factor. I am a x smoker myself and can't stand it and the ladies that came said their clothes and even their pocketbooks smelled very strong of cigarettes the next day.

First time I had ever been when I went and it was for a benefit concert. The drinks were great... And all the people I went with had fun even thought it was not our type of music, which is something hard for people usually to do. I would definitely go again with the same people though...
