Good coffee/food, great staff and welcoming environment. My friend brought her dog to the patio outback and the staff brought out a water bowl for him without us even asking. Very kind of them.

Lovely coffee shop with a great vibe, tasty breakfast options and friendly staff. What surprised me is the back patio area. Since it's Winter (at the time of this post), I witnessed 2 contractors working on improvements, to get this very spacious area ready for the warm weather. Oh yes, I'll be back for another lift!

Since working at the new vape shop down the block, I've been looking for a good, healthy lunch spot. Lift has never disappointed with their hummus veggie sandwich and their coffee is amazing as well. The staff is always super friendly and quick. I'd urge anyone who hasn't been yet to try this hidden gem!

Great eclectic atmosphere. Nice cafe to drop in for lunch with friends or get coffee and do work. Had the spicy sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and was delighted. The jalapeno Mayo is incredible!

This cafe is the best that any one can put together. First tremendous coffee out dose Starbucks or any other big name. The atmosphere is a combination of worker artists tourist bands and traveler mixed with local lore and customer service that's reminds you of what

I think the coffee is good and the staff friendly and courteous. I would normally give 4 Stars, but was really annoyed that cash is not accepted for payment. I’m sure there is plethora of reasons why you’ve gone cashless. I find it a discriminatory and until you return to accepting cash as most businesses do, I can no longer buy coffee from your venues.

Lift is definitely my favorite coffee shop in Richmond. They have the exact comfy, cozy atmosphere that I look for in a city cafe. I have had several of their coffee drinks and they never disappoint, and their croissant breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I can always bring friends and family here and know that we will have a good experience.

The coffee is good and the girls working there are SUPER sweet BUT the sandwich we ordered today was the worst. The bread fell apart and it could not be eaten as a sandwich and there couldn’t have been more than 3 tablespoons of tuna on it. For $9 dollars it was WAY overproced for what was made. Truly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had somewhere. I used to love Lift for lunch they were one of my favorites but something majorly has gone awry.

Great service, lady that worked the counter was super nice. Coffee was awesome. The tables were clean, but the floor did not appear that way. Might have been the original floor but it looked dirty. Bathrooms are slightly nicer than gas station cleanliness.

You really enjoy this place whenever my friends and I visit. It's not stuffy feeling or stuck up like some of the other more hipster-y coffee places which is nice. I love the staff they are always having a good time and willing to answer any of your questions. Their dirty chai is the best I actually haven't tried many other items on the menu because it's so good I have to get it every time.
