The venue was very homey and comfortable, could be here for hours! Food was also delicious but it was a little long wait to get food. Also parking was difficult, and not located in the best part of town.

Lift has been my go-to for years when I used to live in the area, and is a stop when I come back to visit.
Their breakfast croissant sandwiches are delicious, fresh, and always hit the spot. Also if this area ran a “Best Dirty Chai Latte” competition, their latte would be top 3 🏆.

Great coffee and great service! I bought a bag of grounds and they gave me my drink for free!

Delicious Lavender Latte, Banana Panini, with side of fruit. Several vegan options, too. No dine in at this time, chilly morning, so we brought ours back to our ABNB.

our first visit, I like the way it’s decorated

Decent food and coffee, extremely rude and not helpful staff. The menu is also WAY too big for their set up which means you will wait FOREVER for a simple sandwich. We went in yesterday for a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Our order was rung up wrong and didn’t include both the sandwiches we ordered. After waiting 30 mins and watching people behind me get their food, I inquired about the status of mine. The barista (who was NOT nice) was very rude and told me someone must have taken our food. She didn’t offer to a remake or a refund. When we asked if they could remake it she was rude and told me I would have to wait (probably another 30 mins). I asked for my money back, but ended up seeing our food at the end of the bar eventually. I understand the world is understaffed - I get it. I know the service industry is tough right now. But, it’s no reason to be blatantly rude and not helpful at all. With all the great coffee and food Richmond has to offer, I’ll make it a point to avoid this shop

Servers were so busy gossiping that they forgot to put in my order, I had to go make them put it out from their computer. Horrendously lazy server and bad service.

SoulFund Sharing with none other thannnn... Nichole! No jk. Just getting to humor myself...
Had another house near downtown Richmond today (house cleaning). After leaving my clients (yes, my ego had to add 'MY' clients) house, I Googled my Random °•Laptop•° HopPiN and the first place near me with coffee & another keywords...STUDY...that caught my attention was Lift. The eccentric and how the Pastel pop°•colored my eyes was a good way to pull me in.
I saw it had great reviews and parking was not too bad. I was able to Literally park one block over on the back side. However, I honestly wouldn't of cared if I walked 10 block's bc I take pride in sucking in the Eccentric City of RVA! Makes me feel like I'm not alone!!
I forgot to take a pic of my Latte that I ordered, but I will tell you this. Who really cares about the pic if it's the taste that matters!! I give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars.
The environment was cool. I wasn't vibing the two nice ladies working there. They were polite N all, but one I said. Vibe.. Not the best... And being how is peeps throw out energy all thee time,it can make or break a space!
Now.. I did love that they had an area out back fenced in with pastel chairs and tables and they had a hole N wall with big square pillow to sit on. Nice touch!
I'm sure it will be one if the top places I go through. Great study, enough outlets, and coffee! They close at 7 pm though...
Much ❤️,

YUM! This place is the SPOT for an exceptional breakfast sandwich/croissant. Can't believe I'm just finding it. Their iced coffee is also super good and smooth!
