I’m a brazilian professional chef in vacation here in Virginia Beach! Completely in love with this place! If you live here or are coming to visit the area, please go to check this Coffee, Brazil had the besties coffees, I love coffee and I’m completely in love with the Affogato with vanilla ice cream! Everything that you try here, I have sure that will be great, and the ambiance it’s amazing too! Congratulations ❤️

I always have a great experience at Mudita. They have seasonal menus based on regions of the world, so you can always find something to try if you're trying to change things up. They have a selection of food for breakfast and lunch foods, with a little of everything that you might want with coffee or tea. Speaking of tea, they have several teas that also rotate and get served by the pot.

Such a great local spot to work and relax. I came across Mudita cafe by accident when I was shopping at Harris Teeter and I’m sure glad I did. I am thrilled to be supporting this wonderful local business over a grocery store Starbucks, any day. Since I work remotely and am in town for just a couple of months, this has been a great place to work outside of the home and get to know the area. And their Moroccan spiced coffee is bomb!

The iced latte was delicious but the pancakes were unsatisfactory. I let the team know I was not happy and I received a refund for the pancakes which I was grateful for. It took about 30-40 minutes for our order to be ready, so I wouldn’t suggest going during brunch time or if you’re in a hurry/super hungry. I would definitely go back for their coffee.

Stopped in for a bite to eat and caffeine fix on the way back to RVA and wow! What a great cafe. The staff was warm and welcoming. Oh man…that B.E.L.T. was amazing and the cold brew was definitely made with love. Everything on the menu looked amazing honestly. There was a nice art studio in the back that was so nice to explore as well. The inside was so lovely and there was no shortage when it comes to comfy seating. Do yourself a favor and stop by this gorgeous cafe on the bay!

Adorable queer-friendly and spacious cafe! Ordered two of the special European coffee drinks and loved them!
Also ordered two paninis, which while small, were very yummy and a great way to start the day.

Overall great place but my mocha latte didn’t taste like a latte and my sea salt chips have more sea than salt

Good small little coffee, tea, and basic food joint. It really looks like a place college kids could leech WiFi and do some homework in.
