Coaster Coffee

My friend and I walked into the coffee shop and the associate just stared. I didn't think much of it until my friend finally decided to speak to her because we had been standing there, looking at the menu and she still hadn't spoken to us.
As we continued to look at the menu, trying to decide on what to order..we decided to leave. Customer service is so big to me. If you as an associate, cannot speak to your first time customers or help them decide on what to buy, I dont want to patronize your establishment.
I've been wanting to go in and buy coffee because it was a new spot in town and it was a small business. I will not go back.

I LOVE little coffee shops! This is a gem! The coffee is great! The chocolate chip cookie is to die for! I also love the touch of toys for the kids. I jusr felt they lacked a bit in the customers service area. My friend and I felt the the ladies behind the counter were a bit cold but they also could have been just having a bad day. But I shal be returning soon.

Clean, fast and personable service! This was a rare find nestled on a busy street. They have great coffee options and food. The service was fast for only one person working and it was very pleasant. The space was nice and quiet. They have free WiFi and even a rewards program for frequent visit. Its like a Starbucks with a soul. I will be back!

Hubs was having a ruff day at work, came and swept him away here for a woosaa. Exactly what he needed. The coffee is pretty darn delicious and the atmosphere is comforting. There is a nice park across the street to stroll after or with your grounds. Either way I love this place.

This coffee shop is in my neighborhood love this place beautiful atmosphere great coffee cold brew or just hot coffee great conversational place to be and they have live jazz on Sundays

Best kept secret in OV! Coaster Coffee has a friendly, professional staff, a nice variety of delicious bevies & foods (some vegan, too!), customers of different ages/cultures/backgrounds, good music variation, a lil' kiddie play section, AND there's nice large park (& skateboard/bike/scooter ramp area!) across the street. Also! They have a good size conference/rec room that one may reserve or use when not reserved...am looking forward to attending one of their biz networking meetings 3rd Thursday of the month! Go check 'em out & enjoy!

I’m a heavy coffee drinker, I visited my local Starbucks just about daily, never again. Not while I’m close to coaster coffee. Low carb diet? Need sugar free options, this place is it. Starbucks has maybe 3 sugar free options but coaster coffee has SO many. 7-8 I believe I counted. Might even be more. They always make it perfect, they’re always so sweet, such a great area for school work, business work, or to relax. You’ll be seeing me lots more. Thank you for being such a great business and offering so many sugar free options to those who need it.

Good coffee. Good customer service. Limited pastries. Cups are biodegradable. Good space to study, have a coffee date, & play a board game. They have a kids corner. The barista listen to what you want no matter how weird of a drink it might be.
