Yummy pumpkin pie white chocolate mocha! And breakfast skillet was great just enough food was delicious. Atmosphere was that vintage coffee shop vibe. A great place to have a study group or just enjoy reading and coffee.

The food is always delicious, the coffee options are strong and accurately tasty, and the beer and wine list is impressive. Signature dishes like the quinoa bowl (warm quinoa topped with fresh fruit and a scoop of peanut butter), shakshuka (baked eggs atop tomatoes and spices), or the avocado toast (avocado, chili, and pistachios) are great options in addition to their classic breakfast and lunch options like scrambles and sandwiches.
The seating is ample for a private coffeehouse and they keep finding ways to add seating, so lots of people will bring a laptop and use the wifi. As a first floor business, accessibility is better through the front door because the back entrance has seating that may be challenging to get through with a wide stroller or wheelchair. Outdoor seating has umbrellas and indoor seating is best on jazz night when the live band strikes up for a few hours.
Stella, the owner, is always friendly and I've read bad reviews about her husband, but have yet to experience anything other than him being courteous, friendly, and hard working. He's always taking in supplies or working the register and moving fast, but the staff is always easy going and friendly. Even when things are busy they move the line quickly, yet never seem rushed. I'm not sure who works on the decor, but there are updates and additions of lots of classy touches and showcases of the works of local artisans.

I had a very delicious Macchiato which I must say was perfect. My girlfriend had a iced soy latte and it was also excellent. I highly recommend their "juice slishies" it wasn't on the menu to my eye but it's the drinks that are swirling around in the Curtis machines and it was absolutely scrumptious.

Here at the grand opening. They have a live band that is wonderful. It has breakfast food, cakes, and beer. Try the carrot cake!! Very nice atmosphere.

This place was recommended by a friend so we were excited to try it. My iced vanilla latte tasted like watery coffee and the strawberry smoothie was made the same way. We asked for a cup of ice and let the barista know we didn’t like the Smothie. She seemed aggravated with us when told about it!

Cafe Stella. What can I say? Surprisingly it has already been years since I have been coming here and it truly has been a home away from home. What has prompted me to write this review is casually overhearing that one of the phenomenal workers there - Casey - is departing very shortly. I haven’t been able to think of a synonym besides ‘phenomenal’ to better describe her and the other staff members. I’ve been all across this country and the customer service, attention to detail, kindness, and overall work ethic they display is truly top notch. No matter how early in the morning, late at night, or busy - they maintain the same level of excellence.
I’ve always said that people who have even a slightly negative experience are quick to write bad reviews or ask for management, but someone who loves an establishment may go there for years and never even put money in the tip jar… I almost let someone leave who works at one of my favorite places go without “putting money in the tip jar”. I can’t speak for everyone else who goes here (although I think I can speak for most!), but I’ve also been saying for a very long time now that this place is one of my top 3 that I will sorely miss whenever I leave this area. I’ve even gone so far as to only bring people here who I have a close and personal attachment with.
Clearly, I could go on and on (I’ve also posted this review to Yelp) but I will stop it here! When the time comes? I will truly miss this little coffee shop & as we say in the Navy: “Fair Winds & Following Seas” to you Casey. What you did here mattered.
Always Sincere,

Enjoyed my experience which I was a little hesitant at first. Seemed to be more of a healthy kick type of food spot but integrated some tradional food items too.... I tried the Cafe Burger, super good and cooked perfectly. Not your traditional seating but a more like home feeling. Definitely worth checking out.
