Awesome ambience and great coffee

Trendy place in the Ghent section of Norfolk. Was packed with folks. A lot of tables taken by one person with their school work or office work on the tables. Coffee was great. The vibe wasn’t for us.

The coffee is amazing and the pastries are delicious! There are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Can't recommend this Cafe more. Nice patio to sit on!

Great place for me to stop by and work remotely for a couple of hours. My first time here and tried a Pingo. It was delicious! I also had the breakfast quesadilla. Wished I asked for more of the sauce they drizzled. Very happy about my experience and will stop by again to try the other foods on the menu.

Owner has some issues. He is straight rude and kind a weird. Can we just have a coffee and sit without you giving us attitude for coming to your business lol. He knows this is the only coffee spot open late night. kind a monopoly he owns. But with this attitude, nasty bathrooms, bad and inconsistent food... idk how much longer you can go my brother.
More notes : Is this how yall defeating bad reviews? instead of getting better? lol I never drink in your establishment or respond your rudeness. I got my coffee and left . I guess you either having so many issues with customers so you are mistaken me with somebody else or you are not willing to get better so you are harrassing your customers through google review besides your rudeness inside your business. wishing yall best never be back !!

I was visiting Norfolk and I discovered this one evening. Spent some hours there and then again the next morning. A great place to write, a mix of awesome people, some playing board games which is something I always love to observe, great food. A truly huge menu and good prices. Great coffee too.

Warm and welcoming ambience. Great place to work or study, either alone or with friends. Food is slightly overpriced. Wish they had more unique and and fusion-ish plant-based options.

I love Stellas and have been coming here for years. It’s a great space and one of the only places in Norfolk where you can really sit and work. They have an extensive menu and I always enjoy the bar tenders. Over the last few years though the consistency and quality of the food has gone downhill. It’s very expensive for what it is and I feel like I never get the same dish twice even though I order the same things. The portions are small as well. Everything is an up charge and the food unfortunately just isn’t worth it any more. I wish they would condense the menu to do a few things really well. I still enjoy the coffee and atmosphere and do recommend it as a location to visit and stay a while.
