I go to Alatte Cafe every morning before work to get Ice Coffee. They have some of the best Ice Coffee I have ever had in my life, and this is coming from a person who gave up coffee because of the caffeine headaches I would get. Needless to say I had their Ice Coffee and I have been drinking coffee religiously.
Neil and Melissa are the owners and they are 2 of the nicest and coolest people. I look forward to visiting the store because both Neil and Melissa are easy to talk to and they try to make their customers feel at home. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!
P.S. They roast their own coffee which is Awesome.

This is my second favorite coffee shop, just behind cafe stella. The enployees are very friendly, and the place is cozy. There coffee is really good, and is roasted in house. They have a large variety of specialty drinks, as well as ice cream. Highly reccomend if you are looking for good coffee downtown.

Wonderful place, this shop is! I recently ventured through their doors to find a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and baristas who really know what they're doing. I had the pleasure of purchasing a bag of their home brewed whole beans (which are roasted daily, might I add), and as I'm sitting here drinking the freshly ground and made coffee, I am pleased that there is no char or burn in the flavor.
5 stars for aLatte Cafe (right next door to TCC on Granby St, Norfolk VA), and an extra star for amazing staff!

First time going there, coffee was fantastic, and so was the crumb cake. Def a nice spot to chill and have a cup. Have to try their ice cream and breakfast sandwiches next!!

After trying many overpriced items and not loving anything I thought I'd just tell the barista what I wanted. I informed the cashier I wanted a sweet iced coffee with cream. The cashier said she knew what to make me and just rang something up. I trusted that she'd make me an amazing drink, so I said okay. A minute or so passes and I go up to get my order and it's a black cold brew...not sweet and zero cream. I then told a barista that it's not what I wanted and she basically said too bad. After a minute or so she said she'd make me another drink, then after dropping it off decided to say this "next time you know what you want just say it and dont leave it up to us". I think sweet iced coffee with cream is pretty clear. Needless to say I wont be back, so there wont be a next time and they also lost the business of the company I had with me.
Bottom line is the staff can be quite rude, their items are over priced and the coffee just doesnt taste good honestly. You're better off having the 7/11 coffee two blocks over.

Perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and a hot meal. Customer service was impeccable. I was literally there for 7 hours and didn’t feel pressured to keep buying things - though I did buy two cups of coffee and a chicken salad sandwich (delicious).

I have been coming here for years... Usually I have an espresso beverage and a turkey club sandwich... Always perfect. The couple that dutifully runs this cafe is very consistent and hard working. Enjoy.

I go to TCC and Starbucks is too far out of the way to get so I stopped in this morning and ordered a caramel latte with soy milk....seriously the best fricken latte I've ever had! Their espresso was sooooo flavorful and delicious! I wish I had class everyday so I could get coffee from here every morning :D! The place has such a unique urban vibe it reminds me of the coffee shops I used to go to in Vermont!
