Best place downtown Norfolk to get Coffee, that and they never have needed sensitivity training! I only go here for Coffee and never Starbucks. Prices and food are good + people friendly. Best of all I can go there and do work without purchasing anything and they still greet me with the same purchasers respect. Definitely recommend!!!!

The best of the best! They roast their own beans and put their heart into their drinks! I didn't drink coffee until I lived down the road from this shop! The owners and staff are the absolute best - they truly care about each of their customers. This place is a must when in downtown Norfolk!

Such a cute spot! I love the giraffe décor, and the employees are always so sweet and friendly. I love the eclectic furniture all around and the fact that they have board games, books, and a pretty awesome aquarium. I’ve had sandwiches, coffee and a shake, all from multiple visits, and have always been happy with it! I do wish the lighting was a bit more atmospheric, but that would only be an improvement on an already great location.

Adorable little coffee shop in the middle of downtown. I did several business meetings here and was impressed. The place never seems to be super crowded so it’s easy to carry on a conversation and the tables are nicely spread out. Nothing like your typical coffee shop.

Neat place in downtown Norfolk gor coffee and/or ice cream. Just wish they had more pastries other than muffins.

I remember my first time walking in feeling nervous because I’m mostly antisocial, but as soon as I ordered I realized I had nothing to be nervous about!! The service and the food quality are both over the top. They are abundant in friendliness and I am so excited when I go in.
