I am leaving a review because the employee staffing the cafe counter today went above and beyond to check in the freezer for ingredients on an item we wished to order. We had a concern about an allergen and they were so kind to clarify that it was not present and prepared our soft pretzel without butter as requested. The snacks are so reasonable here and a nice treat while shopping at Sam’s in Lynchburg!
