La Vida is a fantastic place to meet and collaborate with people or just put your headphones on and do deep work on your own. Great coffee, open and spacious, and warm and friendly staff

Went in on Sunday when they opened. Place was packed and chaotic with a church scene that was packing up/just hanging around talking. Stood at the counter just soaking in the hectic atmosphere, no one noticed us or spoke for us to make an order. I couldn’t stand all the people talking and laughing as loud as humanly possible and not being noticed to make an order, so I just left. If you open at 12, why wouldn’t you have the church packed up at a decent time so you can do business like advertised?

Service was slow to fill 3 coffee orders, one being iced latte. Place us large, cozy. Lots of seating and tables.

The atmosphere of this coffee shop is absolutely amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks and coffee, you can tell they really know what they’re talking about! Oh and they make you feel like family!

My Go to coffee shop in town. The atmosphere and people coupled with amazing coffee make it great. I come here to work all the time and always end up seeing someone I know or meeting someone new. I definitely recommend!

I can not complement this venue or the owner enough. We booked our baby shower here and last minute needed to change the date to thanksgiving day. Andrew the owner agreed to let us rent the space and come open up for us on thanksgiving. Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful and clean. Our family had a great time. We are so thankful and will definitely be back.

Everything about this coffee shop is amazing! The people, community and coffee are all top tier. Great atmosphere with a lot of great seating! I will be coming here all the time and bringing my friends, everyone has to check it out!!

I love the atmosphere here! It's so cute and chic, it always makes me want to redesign my apartment. 😂 Tons of natural light and it's always been super clean and tidy.

Since opening, their drink quality and choices have really improved (iced coffee ot chai are my go-tos). It's such a relaxing space to work with plenty of table and seating options.

The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that outlets can be super scarce (you likely need to sit with others/strangers to be near a power source). This isn't a big deal if you're just hanging out or want to play yard games outside... but if you need to work or study for a few hours, it can be inconvenient.

Otherwise, it's quickly become one of my favorite coffee shops in LYH.

I heard a lot about this new coffee joint by word of mouth! So decided this morning to give it a try!!

The largest coffee house space in central Virginia! Spacious and uncluttered!!

The Coffee was fresh and absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and well trained!

I asked the handsome chief Barista, Andrew P., if there was something to eat and he said that they are planning on adding to the menu soon! For now it's only coffee!

If you are looking for coffee at its finest, I'm sure there are other excellent places in town but in my humble but accurate opining this is the new place in town!

I highly recommend this Coffee place!
