Stopped here on a whim during a road trip and wound up finding an absolute gem. You could tell that the staff genuinely loves coffee and is incredibly knowledgeable. Had one of the best cortados of my life here and brought home some interesting beans too.

It’s a bit outside of town but close to the highway near exit 195 on I-81 and not too bad off a drive off exit 55 off I-64. We got vanilla lattes and it was easily up in the top 3 lattes I’ve had. The location is small and not a lot of seating. However, it is a great spot if you want to go in the middle of the day and get some work done. There’s some space outside too. We also got cookies and they were solid but not very special. The service was extraordinary though.

My husband and I were in the area for a short weekend trip, and just happened to come across this place. We are so glad we did! I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but this is really good coffee. My cappuccino was perfect, as was my husbands latte. We are so glad we bought a bag to bring home! We will definitely order more when it's gone. If you are in the area and like coffee definitely make a stop here!

Loved our visit here. The coffee was great and the barista was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Close to the best pour over we’ve ever had! Delicious beans with very distinct flavor profiles.

I was in town dog sitting for family and decided to try a different coffee shop each day. Today was Lexington Coffee Roasters. The barista was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. I was much more educated about my coffee options after spending a few minutes there. She suggested that I try a Nitro Cold Brew. Excellent choice! Probably the best coffee I had during my visit. I will definitely visit Lexington Coffee Roasters the next time I'm in town.

Bagels were stale and cold even though they were toasted. We took 2 bites and threw them out. My husband asked for any kind of iced coffee. Employee claimed they gave no ice coffee just a cold brew. The next person in line got an iced coffee. We just laughed threw out the bagels and coffee and left. Don’t make the pit stop.

Very tasty coffee (cappuccino and Cortado). Definitely worth to leave highway for a couple of mins. I wish I had more time to try "coffee flight" drinks.

The owner/ brewer/ roaster seems like an amazing guy! His knowledge of coffee- from source to cup- is impressive and really made the experience for me. He was able to bring out flavors and notes in the coffee I've never experienced before but to hear someone describe what you can expect really took things up a notch. I'm used to the chain coffee shops and this was truly a treat.
The building itself has a very cool vibe! Everything is clean, minimal but nice decor, and inviting. There's a small self guided tour that gives the customer insight on how the final cup comes together. There's no options for cup sizes and the cup of nitro cold brew that I had was a small and equal in price to a large from most other places but it tasted amazing. I told the owner, and I'm repeating it here, that the cup was without a doubt the most coffee tasting coffee I've ever had. I'm certain this is the first time I've actually tasted coffee, if that makes any sense.
This place is about 45 mins from where I live but I will absolutely be back. Wish I had taken pics 😩

3 years since my last visit, and the coffee is as good as ever! Love the cappuccino with whole milk. Workers are so friendly! There's also a lovely clean bathroom, which is very important!!
