Briar Patch Marketplace & Cafe

The antique and gift shop was very nice. The cafe had a good selection of sandwiches and soups and ice cream. Had the potato bacon soup and club sandwich and it was delicious and fresh. Tasted the chicken white bean chili and it was tasty also. Excellent place for lunch.

Just a lovely local place for good foods and great staff.

Why would a breakfast place be closed on Sunday? Disappointed.

Always love the trip to Briar Patch, great specialty drinks. Great food! My only complaint is the door says they open at 7, multiple times I have stopped and it's not open at 7 so I am forced to go to McDonald's for my morning drink in order to not be late. Definitely try it out!

Really love this place. Great food in the cafe and great variety of antiques. The staff is very friendly as well. It is one of the places we always go to on our visits to Galax, Va.. I highly recommend this place.

Flat Footin' Reuben here is the best I have tasted! Pleasing flavor combination on perfectfully grilled bread. Wonderful atmosphere, great prices, friendly service. Plus the added bonus of records, books and antiques to browse!
