I decided to try this place based on the reviews and the quality of the food did not disappoint. This could have easily been 5 stars except that I had an issue with my take out order. I ordered the vermicelli with pork, however what I got was not vermicelli but pho noodles with my pork. In case you didn't know, vermicelli and pho noodles are not the same thing. Vermicelli is thinner and the strands don't stick to one another, where as pho noodle is thicker and if not in a broth, will stick to each other into a blob. Guess what I got when I got home and I opened my container? A blob of noodles stuck to each other which ruined the dish. If you're going to say it is vermicelli, please make sure it's the right product at the very least! The taste of the remaining food was great, giving a customer the wrong food item, which makes up 40% of the dish when the description clearly states something else, not so great.
Got the beef pho, broth wasn't very flavorful, didn't taste or smell like the added the anise, clove, cinnamon, cardamom, or coriander. I liked that they kept the meat and the broth together for take out, prevented the meat from drying out. The hoisin and sriracha were served together in the same ramekin and there wasn't enough of either to really improve the flavor of the broth. Plenty of noodles, but no basil. Staff seemed friendly but for sure over priced for what you're getting. Gonna make drive to Manassas next time.
I just went there today and the customer service was phenomenal!! The guy that worked at the front desk was very nice! I got the beef Bulgogi and it was awesome! Them beef was very tender and juicy and the sauce and very flavorful! The prices are awesome and I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here! I definitely suggest you should come here! ❤️
Edit: I just came here again today and the owner remembered me and my friend from yesterday 🫶🏼 He is very kind and sweet. We ordered the vermicelli noodles and while we were waiting he gave us free K-mandu! It was very juicy and tender! It also came with this amazing sauce 🤤 once we were done with that our vermicelli noodles came in and the portions were WAY bigger thank we expected! Me and my friend both ate this and we couldn’t even finish it! It came with this awesome sauce and it was packed with flavor! It also came with 2 spring roll that were so yummy and good! The noodles also came with limes that really gave it a good flavor! If you ever come here I would definitely recommend the vermicelli noodles!! 💕
Their vermicelli is the best! The individual ingredients come to a perfect harmony. The pork was tender, smoky - just how i like it. Vermicelli elsewhere is usually fishy; however theirs was light, tangy and perfectly seasoned with a nice hint of kick. The pickled radish and carrots added the perfect crunch and the peanuts added a nice element of nuttiness. It's a perfect bowl of summer goodness. The owner's service and friendly vibe also made it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
Best of the best places to eat in Gainesville! Excellent food at a reasonable price with generous portions. I visited there with my mom to try something new and it was excellent choice! We both loved their vermicelli which has perfect combination of smoky meat and fresh veggies. Their pho was also very flavorful. Would definitely come back again!
Got a pho brisket to go and they didn't even give the hoison sauce or the siracha sauce with it. The brisket is just pretty much all fat. I'm sure the other dishes on the menu are better but the pho is a no and over-priced for the amount you get
I have to say ! This is the best pho I had so far! It’s different than typical pho. The broth is thick and rich vs the watery broth in other places. The meat is very fresh and tender. It’s on the smaller side and need extra meat in it.
Simple as this, if you want the best Korean food for miles, this is your place.. We have been going here every week! Hands down one of the best restaurants in Gainesville! The flavors are SO GOOD! I personally love the Bulgogi :). They also just started serving Pho, the brisket pho was delicious as well!! Do hope they add a chicken Pho options soon!!

Not sure how this place gets 4.9 stars.
The first time I went the pho was aost all noodles, barely had any meat and the broth was not very flavorful.
Since a lot of people mentioned the bulgogi in the reviews I went back and tried it. It was dry and not as flavorful as I had hoped.
The menu is also very small and a bit over priced for what you get, IMO.
