Main Street Daily Grind CAFÉ

Coming from New York, I had low expectations for a small coffee shop in rural Virginia… I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality of food and drink served. My chai latte tasted like it was made with homemade chai mix. Our sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Great place to stop before or after visiting Shenandoah!

Good spacious place with many sandwich and wrap options on the menu. Got a black bean burger, it comes sandwiched in a Croissant. It was good. The black bean was not a patty but a ball of smashed beans.
The sandwich was filling and good for $10.

We paid our first visit this weekend and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with quality of food and drinks! Cute, clean and spacious interior. The menu options are wonderful and offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options for breakfast or lunch. Coffee bar is amazing and their options for sugar free and dairy free are more extensive, than their chain competitors. Great Cafe atmosphere and the staff is so friendly, outgoing and maintained upbeat service, despite being busy!
Thank you for an overall great experience! This is our new go for coffee and yummy food! Definitely recommend!

Pros: Coffee tasted good, there is lots of seating, they have a restroom.

Cons: The employee that took our order was a bit grumpy/rude, they had a lots of grumpy signage, they didn't have any speciality fall drinks (except pumpkin spice I was rudely told by the barista), the use styrofoam for their cold drinks.

Overall I would try somewhere else in this town if I were to stop there again.

Was visiting the area for a few days and happened to stumble upon this place for breakfast. I ordered the Cajun chicken wrap, tots, and an iced coffee. Everything tasted phenomenal and was very flavorful. Very clean place and greet customer service! Highly recommend!!

Mocha was good. I also got the feta & spinach tart was not great, it had an odd smell.

Chill little place on the Main Street where you can sit outside and enjoy a nice cup of coffee, a delicious pastry and people watch.

I have been here a few times to get the chai tea latte. It’s seriously the best. I took my husband here for the first time this past week and he was impressed. He loved his iced coffee. The option of having lunch and breakfast all day is key! We went for breakfast. He got a breakfast burrito. I got the veggie hummus wrap. We both enjoyed our meals. Meals and drinks came out fast. He wants me to take him on another breakfast date soon lol.

I ordered a latte. The coffee tasted like water mixed with milk and a little coffee. They want to charge extra if you want them to fix the coffee for you. What? You did not make it right for the first time and you want to charge me extra for fixing your mistake? Don’t waste your money here.

Cute, clean, spacious interior, friendly staff and good coffee. I appreciated that the lids used for the to-go drinks were high quality and did not fall apart or fall off easily.
