Fantastic coffee, fresh baked treats and amazing combinations. The egg and cheese on a lemon blueberry biscuit was outstanding. A perfect combo of savory and sweet. For the spicier palate the egg and cheese with chilli crunch crossiant would be for you.

Great customer service! Everyone was nice and friendly- welcomed us and said goodbye when we left. Drinks and pastries were good and the environment is really welcoming! I’d like to come back and get a shirt or two next time.

This was a happy find along my travels. I ordered a Leaves of Gold latte (hot) with oatmilk, it was delicious! I stopped at many coffee shops during my 2k+ miles of travel and this coffee shop was in my top 5 favorites! Not only was the latte wonderful but the barista that took my order and delivered my drink was very kind!! He honestly made my day with his kindness!

Visited Red Rooster today, as I have many times prior. As always, the coffee is world-class and the baristas and staff professional, attentive and friendly.

Always fascinating that this small Blue Ridge Parkway town hosts an award-winning roastery and cafe. I am grateful to visit with a short 30 minute gorgeous winding drive up from the Stuart, VA area.

Upon leaving, I purchased two bags of coffee for my savored sunrise pour-over. With Red Rooster coffees in anticipation, I go to sleep already looking forward to the next lazy morning and the smells of some of the highest quality grown and roasted beans on the planet.

100% recommend all readers detour to visit and soak in the cafe ambiance, leaving energized and hopefully armed with some delicious whole-bean or ground coffee for the road! Don’t miss the excellent merchandise! Thanks Red Rooster!

They are local, family-owned, and a roots cafe. My husband and I greatly admire their shop! Love their coffee so much that we brought some beans home and can't wait to smell the aromas when we brew it! Yummy! 😋 ☕

This place is an absolute GEM. I love their chai tea and pastry options. I always get a few to try when I'm there. There ever changing menu is awesome because it never gets boring and there's always something delicious. Everyone who works there is also really nice. I'll definitely be back.

One of the coolest places I've been to in a long time! The rosemary cheddar egg and cheese biscuit was huge and freaking delicious. The firecracker latte was super interesting and really good. The cinnamon roll was amazing and so was the lemon blueberry biscuit. Can't wait to visit Floyd again to come back. Everyone working was crazy friendly and sweet. I couldn't have loved this place more!

Favorite coffee and favorite baked treats! Can’t go wrong with RR! Some of my favorites are the Bees Knees latte in the spring and Leaves of Gold latte in the fall! Also I love getting a latte with their sweet mint and chocolate syrups. Also love the bagels with garlic and herb cream cheese!

It doesn't get any better than this! Having been to many coffee houses across the US and outside RR has it's unique special niche that you can't find anywhere else. Not being a coffee drinker have found all their other drinks to out do those I have had. In particular the Macha.
Come hungry because the pastries are delicious and the size a giant would enjoy!
The atmosphere in RR is laid back and relaxed. It doesn't matter if you are getting a to go order or sitting down and enjoying yourself.
