De Clieu Coffee & Sandwiches

Haven't had their sandwiches since the pandemic and they were just as good as I remember! The spicy swine was a filling sandwich that can be switched with a bagel (which was so soft and the perfect size). Their tomato basil soup is so flavorful and the perfect side dish to a sandwich. The staff are attentive and kind and quick! Great staple of down town Fairfax.

De Clieu is the goto coffee shop in Fairfax City. The staff and ambience are wonderful.

The food is great! But it took literally 25 minutes to get our drinks and I was too afraid to approach the baristas about it because they were yelling at people who asked. Kind of scary!

De Clieu is a great place to grab coffee. The atomosphere is warm and you can tell there are many patrons who come often for the quiet workspace. They have many menu options and pastries available.

Their cafe Cubano is not a traditional Cubano, it's basically a small cappuccino.

We go here all the time. The staff is always very pleasant and the food / coffee are excellent.

The vibe in this place is awesome and the people here make you feel welcomed. Oh and the coffee is delicious. Really good! Oh and their sandwiches are good enough to be a shop of its own.

Matcha blossom tea is amazing. Lattes are top notch. Great music and ambiance. BLT is delicious and croissants are perfect warmed up.

Questionable experience. The women that checked me out didnt know anything about coffee to explain to me the difference of what they offer. I also ordered a pecan roll in which the way offered to heat it up. It was not warmed and eating required me to have coffee because it was so dry. The aesthetic is nice but not worth it.

Nice ambiance and vibes. However, the cappuccino was one fo the worst I had. Bland, no kick to it although it must have been the most expensive cappuccino I ever paid for. Scone and tuna salad sandwich were good, no complaints. If a coffee shop doesn’t have good coffee, though, everything else is secondary for me.
