Fairly new place in my hometown. Last week I took a gamble and met a friend their for lunch. Everything was excellent ! We both got lattes and shared a Reuben Sandwich and salad. The salad was good with freshness and the reuben was actually made to perfection. Seriously the best one I've had in my 65 years. I'm looking forward to next visit.
I want to add that I had the opportunity to meet the owner proprietor and she said that she and her husband started the place mainly to give her something to do to keep busy while he is at work. Her main aspect in choosing this business was based on her love of good food prepared very well. They didn't expect to make much and if it made enough to keep the doors open that would be fine

Liv's Cafe is a premium sandwich shop less than 5 minutes off of Route 13 in Exmore, VA. Well worth the 3 minute detour. It hosts a variety of pressed sandwiches and sides that left my mouth salivating for more, even though I was already full. They use quality meats in abundance and the decor was charming with an artistic flair that reminded my of lazy summer days on the patio at dusk. If you travel like I do, you are always looking for those hidden jewel locations to have a nice time and take a break with your family. Liv's is that and MORE!!!

Just stopped by there and got a sub that wasn't on the menu. It was excellent. Will be going by there again.

I had 'The Cedar', best hand crafted Sandwich I have ever had. The House Basil Mayo, fresh turkey, and smooth avocado was an amazingly delicious heavenly blend. To top it off I had a Peppermint Mocha Frappe that blew Starbucks out of the water. Will return every chance I get. Can't wait to return and try the other sandwiches.

I’ve been waiting for Liv’s to open and went by there this past Saturday and it had just opened that week. So glad I kept an eye out as I was NOT disappointed! Great set up and decor - definitely a classy looking business. Very well thought out details. Made me feel good going into a beautiful place to get my food. Made me think they care about their business and their customers. I got the Cobb salad and I can say it was the best I’ve ever had and I’m from the DC area where restaurants abound. The size was large and it was VERY fresh. The balance of ingredients was absolutely perfect. So many places throw one tomato and one slice of cucumber, etc, on their salads but not Liv’s. Every bite had a combination of ingredients along with the spring lettuce mix. The dressing I ordered was obviously home made, very delicious and not overly vinegary. Normally I can’t finish a large salad but I couldn’t stop eating mine! The other item I ordered for my partner was the Reuben sandwich. I tasted it too and it was very good. It was like a panini and whatever they used to press it made it look great. There was no greasy-ness to it like some others I’ve had. Personally I would prefer a tad more sauce on it but it was still a high quality sandwich. I hope in the future they offer a larger size in addition to this size for larger (my man’s) appetite. It would have been perfect for me but he wanted to eat more it was so good. I can’t wait to go back and try more selections when I’m back in town! Highly recommend, I had the cedar sandwich, it was delicious! Friendly customer service. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Great coffee! I like Peet's so I am a fan of bold coffee. Overall great experience, friendly staff and customers.

Sandwiches are absolutely delicious. Plenty of meat on them & well worth the price. I am never disappointed! Staff is always upbeat & friendly.

It was a great experience, if you're looking for something healthy their Green Goddess smoothie is for you. If you're looking for something sweet the Cinnamon Toast Frappe is for you!

I’m never been disappointed when I’ve gotten lunch or breakfast from here . The food is always delicious and warm . They make sure you get plenty of meat and it’s definitely worth the price . The employees are always nice and courteous. If you haven’t tried it you are definitely missing out ! Also don’t forget to get your chips ( my favorite are the dill chips ).
