Long wait for food. Dining room is freezing and I'm wearing a sweater. I'm a big grits fan. Seeing them in the bowl they look amazing. Taste sour though I was unable to eat them after I added them onto my meal as an extra side. Pancakes are very bland. It's an overpriced beautiful unpleasantly tasting breakfast. Mojo potatoes are overcooked and too spicey. Every bite had me reaching for my drink. The omelet was enjoyable and I found that odd seeing as it was the most complex item I ordered. How do grits taste sour. We came we ate we tipped and we left. Tea refills do not exist here but your expected to tip

I was driving through and wanted a quick lunch and coffee. The chicken wrap was ok, chicken was precooked and cold. They have an espresso machine, so ask for a Flat White. They didn't know what it was, so I asked for a Cortado, they didn't know that either. I tried to simplify by asking for equal parts warm milk to espresso... I basically got a warm glass of milk. :(

Went here every day I was in the area for yummy lattes and the avocado on toast with eggs and goat cheese is perfection!! Neat place in Damascus!! Got me a sticker:) I'll always be back here when in the area! They have all the coffee and food and the inside has a modern yet rustic coffee shop vibe! Great location!

Caramel cream frappe with whipped topping, you can't beat it on a hot summer day! Plus you can leave your mark on the wall.

What a lovely trailside cafe! Paragon, the owner, is just about the nicest guy you'll ever meet. His staff is wonderfully helpful and attentive. Their coffee is good, the vibe inside is perfectly suited for the beautiful nature and scenery that surrounds it, and did I mention how nice everyone was there?

Mojo's Trailside Cafe is the absolute best restaurant in Damascus! A MUST stop on the VA Creeper Trail/Appalachian Trail. My husband and I try to frequent here as much as possible. Breakfast and lunch are fantastic BUT THAT DINNER MENU! First of all, John always switches the dinner options up but secondly (AND MOST IMPORTANTLY)... its delicious! Y'all have GOT to try this place and I don't blame you if you go for breakfast, lunch and dinner all in one day. We have. Don't forget about LOCALLY MADE dessert. You just can't go wrong here. Plus, the staff is always friendly. Just can not say enough good things about this place. <3

High quality dining in a beautiful town. During our visit to the river, we only ate out three times, and got a smoothie once. Every time was at Mojo's. When you find a place so yummy and with so much menu variety, why go anywhere else?

Actually I'm surprised I haven't reviewed it already. I spent 11 weeks hiking in the south this summer. Mojo's was notable for two things. First I only had three good cups of coffee the whole time and this was one of the places. Second Mojo's had far and away the best food I had in the South. Food quality and presentation was amazing. The chef really should be working in a fancy restaurant in a big city. I don't think the locals truly appreciate what they have in the kitchen there.

This place was awesome! It's been a couple months so I don't recall exactly what we had, but I believe it was a delicious sandwich and a lovely salad. Also I believe there's a delicious side I just don't remember specifically what it was either. I do know that I'm very much hoping they will become a permanent restaurant in the area. This location was right on the Virginia Creeper Trail and we stopped there on our bikes. The Ambiance was delightful, a simple country sort of atmosphere. Go out of your way to eat here you have to. It is well worth the trip.

This restaurants is amazing. I had dinner there this past Friday eve and it could have not been better. The appitizers, entrees and desserts were all 5 star. John is one talented chef. The presentation of the food and quality was perfect. A must do if your in Damascus!!!
