The sandwiches are the best around. The ingredients are fresh and it's all made to order. There is usually a wait but it is worth it. The location has outdoor seats and a great view.

Excellent food. All fresh. It's like they grow their own cheese! Takes me 2-3 days to eat one of their huge sandwiches. And I love the soups.

It's a quiet little spot off the road with artisan sandwiches and wraps. Not much for the picky eaters especially kids. The food was good. I had a chicken salad on a artisan bagette and a lemonade.

Fantastic take out sandwiches. So many choices with fresh high quality items and bread. We go here every day when visiting the island. Soups are excellent also

Best food on Chincoteague. Very good value. Many vegetarian options. Healthy portions sizes and extremely good quality. Carryout only, though there is limited seating there. Don't eat ANYWHERE else, or you're wasting your money.

Best roast beef sandwich ( The Avenue)I have had in a long time. Everything was great. The chilli and the raspberry bar were amazing too!!! Yumm!
