Sea Star Cafe

This is one of my favorite spots on the east coast, legitimately perfect besides the hours they always seemed to be closed half the time I stop down. Extremely healthy option that tastes so good, the wraps and sandwiches are perfect, I could eat at this spot three times a day if i really wanted to. Cant wait to stop by soon, usually the first spot I want to hit.

TAKE OUT ONLY! But they do have some benches in their yard area. The food was very good and reasonably priced. They seem to do small batches of prep as we went in the late evening and they were selling out of stuff quickly. Be prepared to make substitutions if you go later.

Five stars because they had good vegan options. Outside seating. Fast food prep.. but there is a line to get the good stuff

We always loved the food at SeaStar. I was very disappointed when I heard they were going out of business. The fact that I’m currently sitting in their parking lot at 5pm and they’re closed when their Google ad hours say they’re open until 6 and current status says open…we’ll that sure eases the sting of hearing they’re going out of business. While I’m sitting here typing this, I’ve seen at least three cars pull in and see that they’re closed and pull back out. If you’re going to use Google to advertise your business, at least keep up with it.

Got "The Pullman" sandwich. Delicious! Can't wait to try something else the next time I'm here!

Wait times average about 30 minutes -- but note, this is a holiday weekend. We had the Virginia Sandwich and chicken salad crossiant with ginger peach ice tea. All fresh and tasty so worth the wait.

Quality food and fresh ingredients! Relaxing atmosphere in the shade. My favorite place to eat here :)

So delicious! Everything tastes super fresh and the wraps are big. Their house made hummus is awesome and the iced coffee is great! One of the best places for lunch on the island. Also, another person had mentioned that there was no atmosphere here, which I completely disagree with. It's a quaint little spot and pretty relaxing in my opinion.

Very good adventurous-but-tasty sandwich options and very nice folks to boot. If you’re into nature or birding, bring your binoculars from the car – there’s a lovely little lake with picnic tables next to it. All good! We will visit them again on our next visit for sure.

I've been a chef for 22 years. I am always disappointed when I try other vegan options. It's another reason people don't want to try vegan. I had the Mediterranean wrap, no cheese and black bean soup special. The flavor! Where's the flavor? A little salt & pepper goes a long ways. Nice to have a vegan option. But the flavor is missing. 😔
