Look Up Dessert Cafe

I came in for macaroons to be in pictures for my business. As you can see, they are absolutely beautiful and colorful. There were so many flavors and were exactly what I needed. I also walked out with a napoleon cake and it was amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful too! I will most definitely be back, and bringing a friend.

This is a great little find in Chesapeake. Fresh baked cakes, Korean inspired teas, smoothies and shaved ice indulgences. It's a beautiful place to just hang out and talk with a friend. I had the Taro cake and it was delicious. So creamy and the sweetness level is balanced. The prices aren't too high the everyday guy could afford to come here regularly.

Great customer service, delicious food, and clean. Reminds me of Bongsoo, great flavor and not too sweet. Accidentally dropped a chocolate piece and the lovely lady kindly replaced it. My niece enjoyed her ice cream and we enjoyed our Bingsoo. Believe that it's shaved milk and shaved a particular way so that it doesn't melt quickly and has great texture and flavor. Highly recommend to family and friends!

I visited for the first time and purchased some macaroons and a slice of peanut butter cup cake. The associate was friendly and helpful. There was no one else in the store during my visit.

The macaroons were very good, and I would suggest them to anyone. While macaroons are expensive everywhere, if you want a good macaroon, this is your stop.

I, personally, was disappointed with the slice of cake. It had a strange texture and the flavor was average. The texture was almost a rubbery or ‘bouncy’ like texture. The flavor wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special or worth the $5.50 a slice.

My suggestion is to go for the macaroons and skip the cake. I did not try any of the drinks, so I cannot share a review of those items.

What a gem! Beautifully decorated and delicious desserts in Greenbriar area. Handmade cakes and macaroons are wonderful, yet Snow Cream Parfait is the thing you want to try. The large size is very generous in portion, so you can share it with another person.

I'm from out of town so it was my first time there. The atmosphere was relaxing and the people were friendly so I felt super comfortable having some dessert by myself. I had matcha green tea flavor cake and honeydew melon bubble tea. Both were delicious! There were lots of choices for whatever flavor you are in the mood for.

We had a pleasant afternoon in this cute cafe. We’ve been looking for a legit Korean shaved iced/ bingsoo/ bingsu however you name it. The shaved ice is how I imagined it to be, soft, fluffy, snow-like texture. We had a large patbingsu (red bean) and strawberry cheesecake. Can’t wait try the other cakes and milk tea next time we go there. They all look so good!

Been here about 4 times. Their homemade cakes are good. Still love the fruit one as it's light. Last time I came was with friends, we each got our fave: mocha, pistachio and taro. The mocha was slightly dry. Pistachio didn't have enough pistachio flavor.
Update: This time I tried the red been parfait. Loved it, the shaved ice was fine, melt in your mouth fluffy, didn’t feel like shaved ice. It had red bean powder, vanilla ice cream, caramel… just delicious.

I was in the area looking for boba tea and I stumbled upon this gem! The staff was so kind and the dining area is really cool. I got my food to go and after taking a sip of my drink, my socks literally flew off my feet...literally. The drink (coconut milk tea) was so flavorful and delicious, I had to call back to the store in traffic just to compliment them. Lissen...put your phone down, grab your car keys and go check this place out right now! My new favorite spot 💯

I have gone to this cafe for three years or so now and here's what I have to say:

I crave the macarons till I go back and buy more and there's a great variety. Their cakes always taste so fresh, moist, and delicious and I've had my fair share. I've also ordered whole cakes as gifts for others and every single person has asked for their info in return. Everything is always so beautifully decorated and advertised as well. It all looks as great as it tastes. The store itself is beautiful and clean and has nice and comfortable seating with a restroom for the public too and plenty of parking outside. It's actually really great for a small get together or birthday party, which I did and I'm in my 30's. I've seen children have birthday parties here too, so it's for everyone really. This was also the first place I've ever had bubble tea and it did not disappoint. (I had strawberry). The customer service is very kind and helpful always. The taste of everything far exceeds their pricing, I almost feel guiltily. No regrets - ever.
I HIGHLY recommend and encourage anyone and everyone to go here, a new level of joy will enter your life and taste buds - guaranteed! I love this cafe and everything about it.
